I have no clue what this is about, except another Hodges fax... Let's just speculate for a moment.. When I faxed Bonney and he got so upset and threatened me.. he had nothing to do with this.. particularly CMKX...He said he had been asked to help.. probably by Hodges.. This is the first time that we have seen that Bonney is in this for a payment, that I can remember.... That said, let's just consider..for discussion's sake.. Hodges does have our money and that the holdup is Cottrell's 15 billion, I believe the amount we have heard.... not being released. Just for discussion... If true, since we are getting 3.87 trillion, why not just tell Cottrell we will take his 15 off of ours, leaving 3.72 trillion and get this over and move on.. I think the shareholders would agree to that.. Just throwing an idea out for discussion.. We keep hearing from the experts here, this is the reason for delay... I don't know about you, but if this is true, at this point, I would agree to that.. But this is just for discussion.. I am trying not to incite a riot here, but all of these stories just make it difficult to believe anything, anymore... I do find it disturbing that since C. Story died, Hodges had to go out and find another one of those websites to post this stuff, instead of putting it to bed and letting it rest.. He has to know how much this stuff baffles and frustrates the shareholders, but doesn't seem to care.... I also find it disturbing that now we are back to the Fed in DC and OH.. I thought we were at the DTCC.. I hope we are not being led around the nose by a bunch of radical nutjobs.. Time to get back on the phone... At the very least... join the AG..... All the best.. Jerry WB Jerry WB, Appreciate your opinion ... and for the sake of argument/discussion, can we think that as alot of people who speak against Al hodges on RB are right and Infact he is a hold up of our money or trying to hold it for others. I mean if he has ER, according to few people's speculation, than he should not let us keep as a leverage for someone else ... since I remember I read it on this board and If i am not mistaken, Mr. beavis father passed away in the waiting of hearing something from Al hodges... I guess, if he has the ER and he is not telling us, than this is a BIG injustice toward all those, who die in waiting and who are still looking forward to hear from him ... and when people say that Al hodges is not liable to answer us, than they forget the fact that If CMKX is a leverage than we all 50,000 Shareholders are Leverage, without us, means without 49,993 shareholders; 7 Shareholders[plaintiffs] cannot do anything... and in order to get to the TRUST of 3.87 Trillion dollars, the 7 or Al hodges should be representing 50,000 legit bonafide longs IMO... so IMO, i think, we have a right to know what is going on, not everything, but atleast something which wont harm our lawsuit and on the other hand keep us infrom about the situation ... before anyone start jumping on me, let me say again, that whatever I wrote is my opinion with lil frustration after these letters, and please treat them as such ... 007

No mention of CMKX in the sep 22 letter.
Once again this argument comes to mind "we are being used as the leverage for Cottrell's funds".
Why did Al release the rumor through Susie that payment was coming day before yesterday and update was coming last week.

Just a reminder about Mr. Bonney from Pedro (edited version): Awhile ago Hodges put out that William Bonney was the shareholder trustee of the $3.87 trillion dollar payout. The below information about Bonney came out months ago but was quickly displaced as not material. But the truth – is this information shows that Bonney has a history of scamming people, stringing people along, and Bonney always has a reason why there’s a delay in the release of funds. I will say one thing about the letter...Al doesn't mix any words here...He's telling Bernake that if the Fed doesn't release the funds he and everyone else will be prosecuted within the scope of RICO....now imo that doesn't sound like he's bluffing...you don't tell the leader of the Fed anything without having some d*mning evidence somewhere...and it was sent on Sept 22...a month ago...switch to the present...Al isn't very concerned about the MTD is he...maybe..possibly...hopefully the Fed capitulated...and the MTD will be granted because the trustee has the funds...Al..imo...would never trust the Govt and allow the MTD to go through without getting the goods first....

I have always wondered about this..Let's just say we get some type of payment..This payment has to be funneled through the co., I would assume, to facilitate its distribution to all the shareholders..
Al Hodges is not, unless unknown to me, an officer of the co. He basically has a third party action going here. He is attempting for his clients to get the money released, and brought us along for leverage, but can't act on our behalf..
This is where the idiocy of Tyler pisses me off. Any right thinking co., who wants to protect and do right by the shareholders would be on this situation like white on rice.. They would want and need to know where, when and how these funds are so they can be distributed properly and not let a third party seek control over them.. So who is going to control the release, if it happens.. the SEC directly to the transfer agent...or will the funds be put under the control of Tyler. That is something that I personally don't want.. If you didn't believe they were there, but were willing to let someone else chase them for you.. keep your hands out of the till. If Tyler has had investors to keep them afloat, they may have promised those investors a percentage of any monies recovered, including our trusts, if they exist..
I would want to make sure that a definite share price is guaranteed to the shareholders before Tyler gets their grubby little hand on any trust. Hopefully the SEC would step in and mandate that... The SEC should directly distribute the money to the shareholders via the Transfer Agent. That has to be the only viable reason for the transfer agent and perhaps the SEC is footing the $6000.00 plus a month bill , I believe it was, when I researched... Frizzell wouldn't answer that question for me...
Just some thoughts...
