Al says take $6.. and you and eagles come along and say no no.. it's $12.. but what if it is much bigger... hmmm... just some thoughts..

FILED BY AL HODGES...... 2/2/2011UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE NINTH CIRCUITMEDIATION QUESTIONNAIREwww.411-room.com/AppealCourt/MediationQuestionaire020211.pdfsilverbulletgirl DIAMOND JEDI WARLORD CONFIDENTIAL? « Thread Started Yesterday at 10:23am » The entire mediation process is confidential. The reason for this rule is to allow the parties to engage in frank discussions without concern that what they say in mediation will later be used against them in court if the case does not settle. What happens at the end of civil mediation? If the parties reach an agreement, the parties’ lawyers or the mediator will usually draw up an agreement that the parties sign before the mediation is over. If the agreement is complicated or there are minor details that remain unresolved, the mediator may assist the parties in preparing an agreement for all the parties to sign at the mediation, with the understanding that the parties’ lawyers will prepare a more formal agreement after the mediation is over. Usually the lawyers for the parties prepare the final documents. Unless one of the parties is a public agency, the parties may agree that the settlement terms are confidential, so that the only information available to the public is the fact that the case was settled and dismissed. I would also ask this question: Do not we as CMKX shareholders consider ourselves family of sorts after all of these years? Why then should only certain family members be privy to information? Information is of course going to be shared and it should be. I understand protecting sources from time to time but we must understand that it is impossible to transmit "context" from one room, or one board to the next as context can only be portrayed personally by the author or speaker in many cases. Here is my point. If you write it or say it then expect it to be told to others and by all means own it. Realize that sometimes it will be transferred unintentionally out of context. Remember that your family is desperate for any information they can find.I have decided long ago that I will not make decisions based on information on the boards but many have not reached that place in life.Perhaps we should take more reponsibility for for what we say and post instead of lambasting those, who with good intentions, share it with others. All are hurting terribly folks. The one kind word of encouragement that you might give to a shareholder on any given day, might be that one word that keeps them from going over the edge into the abyss. Have a great day and Keep your dream alive. Momike tramp2.proboards.com/index.cgi?bo....ad=16141&page=2

He can see monies in his account. Awaiting verification to where he can gain access to them. CMKX we should be getting paid within days of him gaining access to funds. Still hearing we are looking at around $5.80/share If choose to sell out could be looking at an additional 3ish. If choose to stay with: Could be looking at that magical 12ish figure. But who knows for sure. Just know what we hold is valuable.

The crooks among us want us to get paid, they want us to get paid quickly. They want us to make quick decisions and not see and know what all we have. What we leave, they take. $12.34 is where we talk now.

The ones that showed that number want to make it sound and look good. If we were originally offered 6, its just like buying something, they start low to see if we'll bite and be ok with it. Most would with out knowing what we have. We have alot more than just a certificate, and the cert means alot more than just being a piece of paper Like i said earlier, we know of at least 3 Trusts. 1 trust was seen. So was another with various figures in them. Its even said we have 4 trusts. If one has 3.87 T in it, that alone is 6 a share. If just two of the others have an average of 2T in it, we are at that magical number of $12.34 Maybe more. Have no doubt, what we have is worth alot more than 6 a share. We aren't just talking about a settlement here....we're talking about what WE Have

ratnaraj: Harvscorvette Steve,$.80 cents is for damages that our funds were withheld from us, not interest from our trust fund, it isnt an offer either by the Government. $.80 IS FOR DAMAGES, then comes the rest depending on the two options shareholders need to choose from in the packages. Plain and Simple.Harv . . . ratnaraj: Portrush said the following: I think you would be surprised about Harv and his contacts...let me just leave it at that.

Al knows that Cottrell can see his money but has not gained access yet. When he does, as Tramp says and I believe will be any minute, we are in level 3 and will be paid. All is being worked on now and should come to a conclusion quickly. Dizardos post has 1 glaring error. Things are not the same with the WGS as last year. Bonney has his funds and will oversee the distribution of said funds under the direction of the Chinese Delegates. Bonney was funded as of last Thursday the 10th of Feb. He did not have his funds last year. Lt.KK

stump1 Diamond Finder and Miner False Information « Thread Started Yesterday at 9:11pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I know for a fact a plaintiff mentioned in the rumors section, does not own 1 Billion shares. I won't name the plaintiff but this good person has transferred many of the shares to poor Native American Children and their families, never sold one share. So please don't be assuming transferring means selling. The plaintiffs are good people, especially this one I am speaking of.

"From Matt Taibbi of Rolling Stone: Why Isn't Wall Street in Jail? Financial crooks brought down the world's economy — but the feds are doing more to protect them than to prosecute them
Over drinks at a bar on a dreary, snowy night in Washington this past month, a former Senate investigator laughed as he polished off his beer.
"Everything's ###### up, and nobody goes to jail," he said. "That's your whole story right there. Hell, you don't even have to write the rest of it. Just write that."
I put down my notebook. "Just that?"
"That's right," he said, signaling to the waitress for the check. "Everything's ###### up, and nobody goes to jail. You can end the piece right there.""
