Cat, Do you have a bad personal experience with Hodges? What does Hodges have to do with Deli? Why do you feel that he has any kind of direct connection, or that he's responsible in any way for what deli does? Is Hodges responsible for the 58inches of snow that NY got in Dec-Jan, too? It was said that Mr. Hodges did P/U shares from the Deli-man... Not sure why that would be an issue... Yes, that was the rumor, that Hodges and plaintiffs bought from Deli, so how does it go to deli outsmarting all these educated people?

Yes, rumor... Is it true? I don't know... I suspect that you don't either.

I don't think you have gotten my point. I really don't believe this was a Deli pump-dump. My comments has nothing to do with the way I feel about Hodges. I'm asking, if one believes this is a deli con job, then one must also conclude that Hodges was either in on it or not smart enough to see it. See what I mean? Okay, then I owe you an apology. We're good, yes?

I'm not linking Hodges with some evil Deli plan. I'm saying if there are those who believe it's an evil deli plan, where does Hodges fit in? Too smart to be an innocent victim, no?
One can't just say this is a Deli con job without going into more detail about Mr. Hodges suit.
I'm done, if one can't see what I'm getting at well.......Tough toenails for me I guess.

Yes, that was the rumor, that Hodges and plaintiffs bought from Deli, so how does it go to deli outsmarting all these educated people? If this is true about plaintiffs and AH buying from deli, I wonder how many of the plaintiffs did? It does open a can of worms in the fact that they are trying to circumvent a possible record date (just a guess) by filing this lawsuit to be included in a payout if they bought in after that date. I always wondered just how AH went about picking such a broad group of plaintiffs for his suit. Just a thought/opinion.

The amount of 'real' money involved was 64 million dollars [ and I'm not talking about brokers and their off-book, ex-cleared shares], I'm talking about money traced through Silver State and other banks.
Now, if Urban and his crew, along with Maheu and GI, Roger Glenn, O'Melveney & Myers, David Stoecklein, and many other high-priced top notch talented people invested 10 years of their lives and their reputations for a "64 million dollar" pump and dump...they are the worst theives EVER.
I don't think that money would even cover the costs of all the activity we've seen.
The concept of "pump and dump" just doesn't work if you know the story.

Why "must one conclude" that Hodges was in on it or didn't see it? It could be as simple as an opportunistic con man (Deli) recognizing a demand for shares that was created because of the lawsuit. Hodges filed the lawsuit but that doesn't mean he's "in" on anything Deli is doing. I'm not saying the possibility doesn't exist but I don't see where either of your two assumptions are foregone conclusions.

To be honest, I'd rather that be the reason than the "Evil Deli Plan" Unless of course those shares would have reduced the cost avg. of a payment to us. I don't see how. Again, unless the shares bought from Deli were not legit shares, but again West and Tranny online said they were good, no? Who knows? I know one thing, we'll be up to our eyeballs in new rumors come April. We Wait! God I hate those two words.

Because someone has been feeding Hodges all the mumbo jumbo he's been kicking out to us. Stands to reason this mumbo-jumbo is part of the evil plan, so was he not smart enough to see it, after being lied to time after time or something else?

I'm asking, if one believes this is a deli con job, then one must also conclude that Hodges was either in on it or not smart enough to see it. See what I mean? Not a Deli con job. I won't give the man that much credit. He can't even figure out when to stop selling. My point is that some in the CMKX world have used the whole situation as a pump and dump scam. Not that CMKX is a pump and dump scam itself.......that outcome has yet to be finalized imo. In addition, there are obvious other little scams that have come about as well. Paltalk rooms, foreclosures, sick relatives being some of them. The Pump and Dump part is not run by deli, but those doing it are using deli to dump the shares to current shareholders that want more stock to get a bigger windfall. Deli is either too stupid or crazy brave to spit in the face of the SEC and continue to sell even though he knows they've said he has created a market and hence it is illegal. Some in the CMKX community continue to pump the stock by stating next week, next week, soon, etc etc. All the meanwhile, they are using Deli to sell their shares to others. They use the excuse that they have too many shares and that they are trying to help others out. They hide behind all these statements about God and being good Christians and all this other BS, when instead they are pumping up others to believe they will be rich and then using that momentum to sell their shares behind the scenes. No one questions them, because they did a preemptive strike before they sold saying they a spreading the wealth....blah blah blah. Do you get it now? ? Is AH involved with it, I have no earthly idea. Does he really believe the stuff he posted in his WR updates? I have no idea on that one either. At this point, all I can do is look at the outcome of the Bivens. It has produced nothing. Was that in the great pLam.....who knows. What I do know, is that lawsuit (possibly with AH not being a part of it) created a market for some to dump their shares, most likely at a higher price than they purchased them. Maybe they just seized the opportunity.....who knows. I will say this and I have said it before. AH either has a grand plan he is working from, or he has gone crazy. There are no other alternatives. All of this is yet to be seen. I am sure it will all come out in the end and everyone will be shocked as to the extent of what has taken place. TallyHo, IMO!!

Yes, they were terrible thieves. who thinks they can write checks to themselves out of a business account for millions of dollars and not get caught. Anyways......as I have stated before. Who knows what went down and why it did. It's all specualtion from everyone at this point. one day the truth will come out.

"Pump and Dump" is a terminolgy used in the financial world with a particular meaning. Either you believe CMKX 'is or is not' a pump and pump and dump. You [can't] assign a new meaning to "pump and dump". Maybe the problem is not re-explaining yourself, but simply coming up with a better defining statement or word that makes youe case.
