For you rumor lovers!!.. I received this email from someone I contact periodically. The best thing about this contact, they have nothing to do with CMKX!! From everything I hear -- and I am not a CMKX expert (I have all I can do staying up with Lee Wanta's situation) -- CMKX is close to payment. Hodges is rumored to have gotten $15 billion for his client, Michael Cottrell (though I have difficulty with the statement; I did, however, hear it). Lee Wanta's money is in no way tied to CMKX. His money is his money, earned in the business community and the result of selling business assets in the Far East. The money was put in the People's Bank of China (the Chinese Central Bank) and was wire transferred by them via a CHIPS wire to AmeriTrust, Lee Wanta's company, at the Bank of America in Richmond, VA. That happened in 2006 and Lee has been awaiting payment ever since. He sold the assets as a result of an Order and Decision by Judge Gerald Bruce Lee in the Virginia Federal District Court in which Judge Lee determined that the assets sold belong to Lee Wanta, not the federal government. That said, I do believe the various funds, including CMKX, are all part of a large pool. There is an order in which people will be paid and Lee must be paid before CMKX. As for Nesara or the other various World Funds, I have no idea. I think most of them are a scam... but don't claim to be an expert on the subject. I hope that helps, Brian. Regards, *********** Thank you! I'm not up on my Leo Wanta research and reading the first google result is blowing my mind! It really pulls together everything I have taken in with ride. I get it now. Read up if you haven't. A must read! $75 trillion in stolen funds!? Anyone care to chime in on the validity of this article? It is very well written and from 2007. Guess I have some more reading to do! worldvisionportal.org/WVPforum/viewtopic.php?t=623

Sparkysantos, sparky-spark says:
Tuscan:
IMO, Acca was initially hired by Michael Cottrell, MS, POS, FOS for the sole purpose of traumatizing the children of shareholders by promising them Matchbox cars with CMKX emblems, and by not delivering them.
Then, once his other handlers (no doubt Canadian mobsters) realized that he could lie to the children of shareholders and still be loved by their parents; his Job Description was promptly modified to include regular everyday fibbing as well as periodic boldface lies (whoppers).
Initially there was a bit of a problem in that certain shareholders would always stump Acca by asking him legitimate and sensible questions. And even worse, in the beginning of Acca’s rise to fame, people would actually hesitate and wait for an answer.
Waiting to hear answers quickly became quite problematic, since Acca never knew Jack Shlt anyway. So accordingly, he was pretty much forced to stage fake phone calls, request guest host input, and fake 156 instances where his microphone conveniently stopped working.
But fear not, the PalTalk moderators quickly came to his aid. And from that point forward, not even waiting for him to try to answer questions seemed to become the norm, and the fist time he even hesitated when giving his non-answer, a different questioner seemed to quickly step right up to the mic with a new and usually unrelated question.
Not even once did Sparky ever hear a Moderator say, “Wait a minute questioner # 42, Acca hasn’t answered # 41’s questions yet.
Yup, to sum it all up; Acca never told any one of you a single thing that wasn’t already known that ever came true; but he nonetheless got a proverbial VIP pass every Faulking time, and though his time of glory has now obviously passed, he was literally worshipped by the masses and despite all his BS, he somehow a proverbial VIP pass every Faulking time.
To conclude, IMO Acca was just a younger version of Al Hodges and Ass-ociates; and he capitalized on the basic human fault of “wishful thinking,” much like AH still does!

Sparky

BR, Sparky (Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; LT Rating- Strong Buy) So my first post about this info was deleted because someone thinks a cumbaya moment is needed and Acca just needs a good talking too and he might stop his criminal ways. So if there is anyone that knows where acca is and can find him, I think a group of us needs to sit down with him and explain that what he is doing is wrong. I think if we give him some milk and cookies, maybe a back rub, he will see the error of his ways and stop what he is doing. Maybe if we get his boss in the meeting we can convince him that the millions hes made so far should be given back to the shareholders and they should join us in our fight against people like them...

That's what he's been hired for anyway, right? Why would I want Fryar spending our money tracking down a rumor? The money paid to Fryar will be used to depose Hodges, which I believe will lead to many more important contacts. Briwadd

I shared what I know is transpiring. I do not have any control over the changes, the decisions, the amounts, the ones involved, or the schedule of the releases. I do have control on whether to share or not to share what I know. Most shareholders want to know what I know, therefore I share because I care about the shareholders and I have a great respect for the shareholders. 3. I was not sent to the forums; I am not the spokesperson for Attorney Hodges and Associates or any other entity; and I am not being controlled by anyone, therefore if I have any doubts or have any knowledge of any information verified as not being correct, I will inform the shareholders. I do not have any doubts that the 80 cents/share is part of the funds to be released. It was not used to sway the shareholders or used for any other ulterior motive. It is part of the funds due to the shareholders and it will be released to the shareholders... Attorney Hodges is applying legal pressure to make sure the release does happen. 4. Thank you Sir. All the best, BHollenegg millionaires.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=38820&page=2

Today at 4:31am, dicek18 wrote:Bob, It was a few years ago that yourself and AH were teamed together, working to locate our settlement trust and the focus at that time was on the DTCC. I believe that a DTCC staffer (forget his name) had admitted to some posters - ChrisL and others over a speakerphone - that a CMKX Trust existed, but later on the staffer claimed he misspoke and denied that the DTCC had the trust or that it even existed. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you and AH then decide to put your collaborative search on hold for a while? Some months passed and Al Hodges then recruited 7 plaintiffs together and filed the Bivens Action, claiming that a trust of $3.87 trillion was being withheld from us by the SEC. Obviously, it looks like AH found evidence of the trust, gathered the plaintiffs together, and then filed the Bivens Action. 1. Did AH ever tell you on what basis he believed that the trust existed? 2. Did he say that others told him about the trust, and that's how he came about this information? 3. Though he's never provided any plaintiff with proof, did AH tell you that he personally saw evidence of the trust and that he based the Bivens Action on this evidence? Just looking to piece together what may have happened during the time period when your collaboration with AH was put on hold, and when AH filed the Bivens Action. Because it's during this period of time when AH may've discovered the existence of the trust. Thanks Bob! Hello Dicek, Your questions are very good, but require a considerable amount of background explanation. An abbreviated response would open up more questions and misinterpretations. The fact that we are about to finish our journey, I do not feel it is prudent or constructive to provide these details at this stage. There are entities who are not working in the best interest of the Shareholders. The ones working on releasing the funds to the shareholders have been threatened with lawsuits. I was contacted by an attorney who said he would take me to court unless we 1. Provide information what Attorney Hodges has and what he is doing... 2. Pay the Attorney and his friends and they will go away. I am focused on providing what updates I can to the Shareholders of the present and future situation as long as the information does not jeopardize or cause an delays in releasing the funds to the shareholders. Thank you Dicek for your understanding , BHollenegg millionaires.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=38820&page=2

Harv millionaires.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=38820&page=2I believe this and pretty much everything ole Harv has said to be untrue. Nothing will be "confirmed" this month. Why do they do this? Maybe we'll find out via Fryar. Notice: Not being insulting, speaking my mind and from time to time asking the tough questions. I will continue to speak my mind and ask tough questions until this saga is over. Again, in my opinion nothing will be confirmed this month. Nothing! As always, I do hope I'm wrong but the only people that has been wrong are those saying it's confirmed, it's over, we won, etc, etc, etc. Good luck to us!
