xxdiamondchildxx DIAMOND DIGGER *
Abad,
As per your comment:
"Anyways, acca is the strongest long..never been negative.... never waivered.. (I've even seen adobe falter)"
...With all due respect, and as per EVERY one of my posts from EVERY CMKX Board I have ever posted on, I am tied with Acca...that is, in all this time, I HAVE NEVER...EVER!....BEEN NEGATIVE OR WAIVERED...not one iota...for I have NEVER had a reason not to believe in a "positive" outcome as it pertains to this CMKM Diamonds, Inc. saga. As a "Lay" CMKX Shareholder...DD/ Rational-Logical-"Outside The Box" Thinking/ Patience/ Faith/ & Focus HAVE ALWAYS BEEN IMPERATIVE in maintaining a level head and being able to see past all of what I perceive to be "smoke". IMHO, of course.
As per Acca's post...it will happen when it happens...this week, next, next month, next year, whenever...for I believe that "Financial Fruition" will happen for "Bona Fide" CMKX Shareholders when all is said and done. I also agree that The Grandfather Clause MUST BE ELIMINATED!...ASAP as far as I am concerned.
Again, all of the above is IMHO.
God Bless you and your entire family always!
Peter (Dxild)

It appears over to me, and melvin coming back is a sign that cmkx was not a scam, he wouldn't be anywhere near a stock if he was the master pumper for the biggest rip off of all times:

So back to waiting on GFC elimination...
Wouldn't everyone agree? Looks like our court dates will never end until the SEC agrees to pay us for our damages...or did they?

they were always going to line up, it had to be that grandfather only left when ALL viable companies naked shorted to death had been fixed. They certainly wouldn't even be talking about getting rid of it if that wasn't already taken care of, and we were the precedent setter, we have our certs that nobody talks about anymore.

I talked to tfant and he said when he was getting his money for his jackpot on the slot machine that people would walk over and see how much he won, well he said one guy came over and they met eyes and tom said Urban? The look of shock covered Urbans face and he said he never seen someone move that fast to get out of the casino as Urban did...I trust tom and he said it was him,

In my opinion,... Even though the Grandfather clause will be gone soon with what looks like a 35 day "burn in" period, this does not mean an end to FTD's. The market maker exemption will allow the continuation of illegal Naked Short Selling. Also what I found very significant is what the man read from the book published in 1998 about the 17th century markets. Remember when the man said,...'so we have precedent' ouch! Did anyone jot down the name of the book? It seems to me that Abad was correct in what she said about the brokers being able to give you your money back on electronic shares you hold that the broker was 'unable' to secure actual stock for your account. They are (it is my interpretation) able to give you your purchase price back and take from you the electronic markers from your account. Of course you know that you never really owned stock,...RIGHT!!!? Not unless, of course, you have secured your Paper Certificate!! I hope I am wrong! cmkxgroup.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1181745625

July 17th, I think, would be 35 days. Hopefully it will not take 6 months for this to happen. I could make it until the end of July!!

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--The Securities and Exchange Commission voted Wednesday to approve a change to tighten rules intended to curb manipulative short sales, including so-called "naked" short sales.
The change eliminates a controversial exception that shielded existing short positions from requirements to deliver hard-to-borrow shares within 13 days of settlement. Once the change takes effect, short positions previously protected by the grandfather clause must be closed out within 35 days.
and isn't it funny the sec says they already got together with brokers and the federal reserve to clear this up, secretly. If they didn't the 35 day period to cover would not be possible with the hundreds of runs you would see and be able to jump on. So now lets see what happens.
