THis just gets more bizarre and more annoying each day. I just do not get why BF and KW would spend hours writing up answers to questions that we have and sitting down with a few shareholders but not spending less time (even if they cannot address certain questions) and do a call with us. This should have been done long ago but even more so now. If they have time to do all that they can do this and save time in the process.

East, look at it this way, would you rather SIT in front of known shareholders a discuss openly the issues or go into a "chat room" with known bad guys or anyone unknown? I'd rather have a face to face vs a public chat room, more info would be given vs a chat rm where you dont know who is asking or listening to the questions, therefore the awnsers would probly more general and do more harm to us because we would feel they didnt respond the way we wanted.Remember not everyone out here are on the right side imo coach

Seatech3...Good points. Both Kevin and Urban went to Moran's office to see what was the hold-up. Whatever happened, Moran was dropped as CMKM's attorney. CEO West was hired initially as Interim CEO with the specific task of doing the Interpleader. Bill Frizzell and Kevin West stated they are trying to get the Interpleader back. That is why in my questions I asked what happened to the copy of the Interpleader on Kevin's computer?
I will say this again. Mr. Moran never filed the interplead. I was told that Mr. Moran said this is not the proper thing to do.
As for a copy of the interplead on the computer. Let me explain something here. When an attorney says he is not filing something or has no plans on filing something than the copy that sits on a computer means nothing.
Now if you have 1 ounce of proof that there is truly a interplead I am sure that Kevin West and Bill Frizzell would sure like to view a copy of it. Can you provide them with proof? Please answer only that question I am asking. - - - - -

Can you provide them with proof?”
The proof is on the company’s website. If there is no Interpleader then why did CEO West and Mr. Frizzell address the Interpleader in the CEO Updates?
Excerpt from Update 6-29-07 CEO Kevin West and Bill Frizzell “The Entourage and interpleader situation is undergoing extensive review and discussion. Mr. West has not yet received any files from previous Company attorneys regarding work that was done on the Interpleader”
Interesting note: Attorney Moran has the Interpleader, but the statement above from the CEO update states “previous Company attorneys”. The other attorneys have a copy yet Mr. Frizzell doesn’t? Why would the other attorneys not provide a copy to Mr. Frizzell?
This may be the reason why CEO Kevin West and Attorney Bill Frizzell are trying to get the Interpleader back in the New CMKM Diamonds’ control.
Excerpt from 5-11-07 CEO Kevin West Update “If an Interpleader action truly distributes the sole remaining asset of the Company, such action may not be in the best interests of the Company. We are discussing other ways to identify our shareholder base without filing an Interpleader”
Another reason why the Interpleader was not filed per CEO Kevin West. The Interpleader cost approximately $250,000. Again, other priorities need to be taken care of first before the Interpleader can effectively have an optimum and desirable outcome for the Bona fide Stockholders.
Take care, BHollenegg

Q) Could you advise if Entourage shares will be issued to current stockholders in the future or has the plan been abandoned? Also, what happened to the Interpleader for these Entourage shares which was being worked on for so long?
The Company is concerned about all aspects of the contracts with Entourage Mining. Former Company attorney, Don Stoecklein, described this distribution as a wind up distribution. If the Entourage distribution was a “wind up” distribution, such a transaction requires a shareholder vote according to Nevada statutes. CMKM was a Nevada Corporation at that time. There was no shareholder vote. Thus, the legality of such distribution is in question.
The legal fees for the filing of the interpleader were paid to John T. Moran III according to prior management. Mr. Moran’s last advice to the Company was to file bankruptcy and he did not file the interpleader. No explanation has been given to Mr. West as to why the interpleader was not filed.

Re: CEO West wrote the Interpleader on his computer not on Attorney Moran's computer.
Ummm ..... Let's see ..... You're claiming that:
Kevin wrote a legal document that was to be filed in the Federal Courts on Kevin's personal computer?
Contrary to the fact that Kevin is not a licensed attorney .....
Kevin prepared a legal document on behalf og Moran (a licensed attorney) ...... Are you implying that Kevin is a paralegal working for Moran?
LOL
Try using your head a little bhollenegg:
On Kevin's computer will be the information that will be used as the back up for the interpleader: Ie, bonafied shareholders information.
But the actual legal document that should have been filed with the Federal Courts was to be prepared by a licensed attorney (Moran)!
So be specific in your accusation! Are you claiming that Kevin wrote up the legal document? Or are you saying that Kevin has a copy of Moran's legal document?

Last comment on this subject then I think I'm going to take a break from this quagmire.
I'm talking about something older. I firmly believe a list of bonafide shareholders was established in 2006. Certainly the last half of the year. I believe this list would have been approved/certified/blessed or whatever the proper term may be by a legal entity. I also think that once this list was certified the door was closed, TIGHT. No way to add to the list once the legal entity certified it. There is some circumstantial evidence that would support this thought process.
I also think that once this task was complete that KW was brought on board to interface between the company and the list of bonafides. What was his job supposed to accomplish? Could only make some guesses. Maybe he might tell someone the answer to this but I would think not. I also think at the time he was brought on board he had nothing but good intentions and was looking forward to the future.
Thats it. And now we are here and most are wondering what happened this year. Maybe we will know more soon.
FWIW - I think there are some here that are somewhat objective and are sincerely trying to get some honest answers. I think some aren't.
All the best to you and others here.

On November 26, 2002, Casavant appointed his wife, Carolyn Casavant, as vice president of claims, his son, Wesley Casavant, age twenty-two, to the position of corporate treasurer, and his daughter, Cindy Casavant, to the position of corporate secretary. (Answer at 2-3, Div. Ex. 3 at 7.) On December 3, 2002, the company changed its corporate name to Casavant Mining Kimberlite International. (Answer at 3; Div. Ex. 3 at 7.) In February 2004, it changed its name to CMKM Diamonds. (Answer at 3.)
CMKM Diamonds currently is a Nevada corporation based in Las Vegas, Nevada, which is purportedly engaged in the business of mineral exploration.4 (Answer at 6; Form 8-Ks, filed March-May 2005 (official notice); Div. Casavant refused to testify at the hearing, and asserted his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination to all questions asked by the Division.5 (Tr. 242-61.)
From January 1, 2003 through April 19, 2005, the price of CMKM Diamonds's stock ranged from a low of $0.00013 per share to a high of $0.0135 per share. (Div. Ex. 17.) The second amendment, on August 18, 2004, changed the number of authorized shares from 500 billion to 800 billion. (Form 8-K, filed March 14, 2005 (official notice).) I guess it is because of my past adVentures. ”
Bob noticed Urban’s concerned expression, “Urban, what’s on your mine?” Urban explained he has some unwanted company over for a Short visit. “They must think I am full of energy …they are blatantly taking everything that I have. ..it’s been a Long hassle…”. Maheu assured Urban, “Don’t worry, I have some special friends who are willing to help me out whenever necessary.…let’s see…DOJ, FBI, Nevada Strike Force, SEC, and FEDs. Don’t worry about accommodating all my friends…I will take care of the first four, you can take the fifth….by the way Urban, I want you to look around and take full stock of what you have because when I get through, this place will have a great atmosphere. Take a trip, no need to say anything…I am sure you will be pleased with the return of what is rightfully yours”
How can anybody imagine this was a sting? It was clearly justice Short visit, ‘Maheu Style’.

It did not state that the other attorneys had copies of the interplead. It merely stated that the other attorney's had not sent West any files regarding work done on the interplead. Those files might be documents, opinions, research etc OR they might not of had anything to send if they did not assist in the development of the interplead.
Moran, as the attorney preparing & filing the interplead, is the only person that would have had the actual interplead on his computer, as he was the one actually taking all the information provided to him by the other attorneys AND from Kevin, incorporating it into the interplead. Kevin would have his own notes, research etc on his computer but not the interplead itself.
Supposedly when Kevin asked for a status on the interplead from Moran, before Urban left the company, he learned that Moran had not been working on the interplead and that there was nothing to file. Instead, Moran had been working on Urban's personal legal issues. That is why when Urban left, it was announced that Moran had been ordered to cease any and all work for CMKX, including the interplead.
Does it make sense now?
Also, I do not remember seeing a price tag of $250,000 for the interplead. Where did you get this? Frizzell did say the distribution of Entourage would cost about that much but I don't believe it was ever said about the interplead.
