Shore told me back in January (I think) that the lawsuit was "no big deal" to them at all. I spoke with the head of investor relations although it's not the one currently listed on the web site. He said they weren't even keeping up with the status. He said the claims might mean something to Star but were "worthless" to Shore. He was friendly until I asked him if the lawsuit was no big deal and the claims worthless why they were spending the time and money to pursue it. The call went downhill from there.
Then of course once the decision was reached in early March they very promptly filed an appeal. An appeal that is still pending. Either he wasn't exactly honest with me or they don't have enough work to keep their lawyers busy LOL. - - - - - By: bhollenegg 29 Aug 2007, 11:39 AM EDT Msg. 25569 of 25577 Jump to msg. # Seatech...They were holding their cards close to their chest...treasure chest...

Re: Don Stoeklein for shareholder attorney? « Reply #27 on Today at 6:26am »
bobbybdb wrote: The more I think about that, the more it would make sense. As we all know Don is the holder of Entourage Shares, and I believe the Mahue trust.
The trust that Kevin and Bill said doesn't exist, however they are filing suit against it.
IMO, the Texas Four do not have controlling shares to run this company, and to think for one minute, that they will get payed $800, million dollars for so called recovery, of what is in a trust set up for shareholders makes my blood boil.
I don't believe that Don has any ties to CMKM management at this time, only the trustee of our trust account.
That all being said, what better attorney could we obtain than one holding our Entourage shares and possible large dividend funds.
It would seem to me if all 40 to 70 thousand shareholders all agreed to hire Don at $100.00 each,Or whatever, that would lock in all our shares to have him fight any takeover of our ET shares or dividend money, we would have by far the majority against any such action.
He also knows our plight, and if he would take us on who, knows better than anyone out there, except Bob Mahue, what CMKM is all about. His expertise would be invaluable.
I am not advocating a class action of any type just putting our shareholder strength in a place where our major known assets are being held.
"Donald J. Stoecklein (Stoecklein), current counsel for CMKM Diamonds, owns the Securities Law Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada, which assists approximately forty-two public companies in their periodic reporting obligations, including CMKM Diamonds. (Tr. 315-16.) Stoecklein also owns Opus Pointe, which is an accounting and bookkeeping company and a division of the Securities Law Institute. (Tr. 167, 326-27.) Opus Point and the Securities Law Institute are working on CMKM Diamonds matters and an employee of each firm testified at the public hearing. (Tr. 167, 314.) '
I would think if Don is good enough for Mr. Mahue he would be good for us, what better recommendation could we have? What is everyones thoughts? please comment, all ideas are greatly appreciated. We can not let these Tex, guys pillage our trust account. IMO.

tramp DIAMOND DIGGER we get this shareholder meeting together, which a few of us is working on, and call it, first thing is to fire frizzell, and we get a new ceo voted upon, and a bod.. all lawsuits will be dropped..

I believe in being objective but if you do not realize that Urban and his "cohorts" stole every dime from you and me as a shareholder than it is hard to have open dialogue with you.

fourwinds10.com/NewsServer/ArticleFunctions/ArticleDetails.php?ArticleID=16977Interesting read - the paragraph listed below scared me a bit..yikes.. It is impossible to keep up with much less analyze correctly the profound secret goings on around the world. For example; websites are reporting the purchase of billions of dollars of put options which expire 9/21 and are so far "out of the money" that only another terrorist event or an economic event resulting in a market crash before 9-21 can make this bet profitable. This is the same scenario as the massive shorting of the airline stocks the week prior to 9-11 only bigger. The S.E.C. never did let us in on who did that. Someone stands to lose one billion dollars if the crash does not happen. .
