Q) When did Kevin West suspect that this company’s previous management squandered $200 million of shareholders money?
Mr. West had no documentation of the previous management’s conversion of corporate funds and assets until the boxes of information were received from a personal attorney for Mr. Casavant in April of 2007. This is still an ongoing investigation.

There has not been any evidence to suggest that this particular transaction was ever completed and it is doubtful that there is any such collection that can be identified as belonging to the Company"
Do they actually have any evidence? or is it all speculation?
just curious

Q) Is Al Hodges associated with CMKM as an attorney?
A) Al Hodges was helpful to the Company in the hiring of local counsel when the Dave DeSormeau lawsuit was filed. He appeared for the Company at that time. Although Mr. Hodges is a friend of the Company and a valued and loyal CMKM shareholder, he is no longer associated with that lawsuit. His assistance was and is greatly appreciated by the Company

thanks. i understand, but its seems like a tough way to go. imagine being sued like that. it stigmatizes all of the people named in the suit. i guess they figure its worth it. but i wouldn't want something like that directed at my family members. it would be emotionally hard to take, especially when the papers and tv reporters got a hold of it and started doing stories. things could get ugly in a small town. hopefully the story will reach its conclusion shortly,,,, maybe by the 15th.
(but if that's the date, the nwhy even bother with the suit in the first place when they only had to wait another few weeks for the shane/star/united shareholder meeting?)

regarding the 15'th, I have not seen any pr's indicating a release of the entourage distribution, so the question "but if that's the date" is unknown at this time.

The problem the company is having is the "straw" shareholders have changed hands so many times that they are trying to track these illegal shareholders backwards.
If you bought from Deli you have a illegal cert.
Think of it this way.
You receive a counterfeit $100.00 bill from a store. You do not now it is counterfeit but that bill has changed hands 20 times.
Now you being unaware that the bill is fake use it at the local Walmart to buy some clothes for your kids. The cashier checks it and low and behold the bill is fake.
Guess what happens?
Nothing to you legally if you are not a crook of course once they investigate you. But they take the bill away and you get nothing.
Enjoy your prosperity with the certs bought from Deli.
