Loyal longs,
Illumination still needed! ....Bill's threat of illumination some years ago surely faded. The boys of Tyler lost their way. We should not rely on these gents to right this monumental wrong.
We all need to do our part. Please contact your local Congressional Representative, Inspector General of the SEC, and F.B.I. (L.V. Office). Too much time has passed and we can't simply let "them" have it both ways. If they want to insult our intelligence and portray our situation as nothing more than a large, pump and dump scam; then let's make them play out the hand in it's entirety. Collateral damage for all at this stage of the game.
Three Friday's ago David Kotz (SEC Inspector General) told me point blank that the mere appearance that a former enforcement division atty. was receiving preferential treatment was concerning. Maybe CMKM ATTY. Koch shouldn't have put what he did in writing?
Time for us to be compensated...or we should continue to pound and expose~ ______________________________________________________________
One specific concern stems from the fact that there is a former lead S.E.C. Enforcement Division Attorney (Roger Glenn) who served as the corporate lawyer for CMKM in 2004 and signed off on opinion letters that led to 300+ billion restricted shares to become free trading. This former S.E.C. official is now a partner in a well known firm has not been named in the S.E.C.'s civil complaint? Current CMKM attorney David Koch provided the following in the most recent civil complaint heard by Judge Denton in the District Court of Nevada. "In fact, Mr. Glenn did nothing to help the company resolve its SEC problems. It has been discovered in the last few weeks that Mr. Glenn actually wrote legal opinions authorizing billions of free trading stock and assisting the company to increase its authorized shares from 500 billion to 800 billion shares. The only information released to the public about Mr. Glenn was his hiring to help with SEC reporting problems." - - - - -

JFarn,
Great post. It should be re-posted on every CMKX board a million times until every shareholder has followed through with this.
EVERY SHAREHOLDER NEEDS TO READ THIS & ACT ON IT.
I contacted both Senators (both friends of my family for 40 and 20 years) in my State re: CMKX (previosuly) and was told since the alphabets were involved, there wasn't much they could do...
Understandably, they would rather blow it off rather than do something about it (hell, that's what they get paid for -- to do nothing). I will now follow up with a more aggressive stature regarding them and involve some more "elite" friends/relatives who may help to get someone to wake up. Thank you for the kick-in-the-azz, JFarn. Will follow up with the SEC and FBI, too.
If we all get off our backsides, we CAN get this nightmare sorted out. Jeez, folks, it's better than waiting around another five years for closure...
It is up to us. Period. Look where the last five years has gotten us -- No-fuggin'-where. Time for the shareholders to get out their own map and decide (for US) where this disaster is heading.

Jump to msg. # jfarn and jlecks, i know this sounds like a crazy request, but, honestly, i think a lot of people are not as organized as you are when it comes to this issue. i believe people would contact their elected officials and federal agencies but most don't know what to present. it sounds crazy, especially after all these years, but most people just aren't oriented to action as some individuals and therefore don't save stuff. if you guys would post a "packet" of materials or evidence - starting with a good description of naked shorting, etc. - i think more would take the next step. i remember gathering a bundle of materials for my local congressman some years back but that was before naked shorting was even discussed as being real. i suspect they shiiit -canned my materials. now, however, things would most likely be different since naked shorting is well known. an organized set of materials is a good first step and then those that want to take it from there will have a consistently good package to send on their representative. for example, i would send on a good package of literature along with a cover letter to our state attorney general. i'm sure there are some attorney generals in other states that would love to get a hold of a case like this. i agree that this has taken far too long, especially if we have been used as marks by our own federal government. that is just outrageous! tks. snoopstock5 DIAMOND JEDI WARLORD TD Waterhouse response to taskforce« Thread Started Today at 1:28pm » Quote taken from the TD Waterhouse response to taskforce. "With respect to short selling, in order to beable to short sell the security must trade over $1.00." With the above statement, would the SEC like to explain this? Since you cannot legally short sell a secuirty under $1.00, Why is there so so so so so so many on this list. The list has only gotten bigger since first printed in Aug 06. www.otcbb.com/dynamic/shortinterest/shrt20081015.txt snoopstock5 DIAMOND JEDI WARLORD Re: TD Waterhouse response to taskforce« Reply #3 Today at 3:26pm » We know many on that list that are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy under $1.00 Here is a familar name. FORTRESS FINANCIAL G|FFGO|NBB|84680|0|84680|-0.16|567751|1 New York, NY (PRWEB) September 19, 2007 -- Precious Metals Review of Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CGP) (CTNXF.PK) (GWN.F) provides insight into the opportunity afforded investors as it successfully executes upon its unique business model that is attracting a host of noteworthy investors. This week Cornerstone announced it was arranging a private placement that included The Lundin Group, Rule Family Trust, Doug Casey personally, and the Casey Early Opportunity Resource Fund. Excerpts: "Cornerstone's September 17th news release 'Cornerstone Arranges $3.025M Private Placement' leaves little guess work for astute investors trying to decide where to comfortably put their money. The news tells how The Lundin Group, Rule Family Trust, Doug Casey personally, and the Casey Early Opportunity Resource Fund are all taking equity positions in Cornerstone." "Most investors simply do not understand what a mining 'project generator' company is and how the business model works when all the right ingredients come into place; Cornerstone Capital Resources is getting noticed by learned individuals and industry experts as having the right stuff." "Among Cornerstone's large quality portfolio of assets, several are currently in joint venture arrangements and present latent prosperity on concessions that exhibit such high potential that CGP.V's market cap appears to be unreasonably undervalued relative to these holdings of such magnitude; Cornerstone has less than 51M shares outstanding and trades at a share price of less than CDN$0.70. Investors should pay attention to Cornerstone now, especially since its business model is predicated on maximizing shareholder value avoiding dilution and risk through JV partnerships." "...The aforementioned are 'smart money', the business model of CGP.V works for them; CGP.V has legs and longevity. The smart money participation is an endorsement of CGP.V, their management and their properties. ... Undervalued and under the radar; CGP.V is set for upside share price adjustment as more investors come to understand what the smart money already knows."

I know one thing with LUNDIN trading near $1 and all other stock down nearly 50% this year...the SMART MONEY left the market a year ago...I think now if I ever do get $$$ it will not go anywhere near the MARKET...unless by some miracle it actually gets cleaned up and it can be PROVEN...better to go BUY A MINE and work it yourself than to trust the market IMO...unless we are paid which would indicate a REAL cleanup I doubt the market will ever recover...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

oscart6: it would be an additional disgrace if they admitted we should be paid, gathered the $ and THEN lost it oscart6: I agree with puffer... not too worried about it oscart6: but it is certainly a good question

Only in America could we have a candidate running for the highest office in the land, and not know if he is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN or not...and just about have him elected by groups of people.... If this is true, OHB born in Kenya, with grandmother vouching to that fact... and no real Birth Certificate found to rectify that.... unless it appears now... ? Then the Democratic Party should have to bear the cost of his running for office.... so another candidate can be chosen... It is true, by the constitution, not just being a US citizen is required, but being born here in America is required.... Arnold Schwarzeneager wanted to run... remember, but he was not born here either, but he is a US citizen... Good Grief... What is next.... can America not get a deserving candidate? Why do we have to bring in someone from another country..... I had read plenty of rumors to this fact..... all year...but nothing was ever done to prove it...and now the SUIT? Is it dropped? Is the Supreme Court going to do there job? I sure hope that our President and C Cox will ensure our payments are delivered this week.... We sure have waited long enough..... No more delays should take place .... No more rumors just payments so we can get on with other movements forward... I feel like we have to have VINDICATION still.... and that would have to come from the source that REVOKED US..... What do you think? God Bless and Enjoy the Rest of Your Weekend

Come on..the market will recover and do so nicely in the years to come.. I am not so sure with the carry trade unwinding and ten to one leverage I really think it WILL take YEARS to ever reach another high...and with EVERYONE seeing the corruption apparent in every aspect of the goverment and the MARKET it will take something quite extraordinary to restore confidence not only to the MARKET but to the GOVERMENT as well...the wealth that has been drained from the market will not return for quite some time I am afraid UNLESS all the corruption and WRONGS caused are RIGHTED...that day COULD be a LONG WAY OFF...the CURSE has hit home now and will CONTINUE until and unless OUR SITUATION and that of MANY MANY other ruined shareholder bases are RESTORED...I look forward to that day...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)
