TYLER no longer has nay money for BIll, Kevin, Mark and the BOD. wow. those guys are hurtin'.
too bad TYLER thought it was smart to hire the new CEO and BOD when just a month or so ago they must have known they were running out of money and the BIG RICH shareholder that was funding them was getting ready to walk away. guess that RICH cmkx shareholder got tired of paying through the nose while TYLER thingyed around with the summary judgement letting urban off the hook.

goodolboy, okay, fine. but now we're to think that TYLER is broke? great! that's especially good news.
what is bill going to do? that guy is going to lose his staff and his home. right? he suspended his practice, right? if that's true then he's got a lot of pieces to pick up.
and what is kevin doing hanging around? or has he already walked away? and what about the rest of them? why aren't those guys just walking away?
gee, it seems odd they are broke and yet,,,,,,
who is paying the phone bill? cable internet connection? heat/cooling? rent? salaries? maybe they are all living off love?
really, at this late stage i think i'd get a little more aggressive. and if that means spilling some of the beans, well, too bad.
they are still too quite. too secretive. why don't they release more info? if they are broke then i'd say the bad guys have them buy the balls and the bad guys are winning and going to win. all they have to do is keep squeezing TYLER's balls until TYLER finally gives up.
where is the pressure from TYLER? i haven't seen it and now you are telling me they are broke? !! well, maybe they should throw in the towel.

I recently received my second CIM certificate in the mail last week! How sweet it is!!!!! If you have your CIM cert please take a moment and look on it and see if you see u$c on it!
What if something that you thought was, was not really what you thought that it was, but it was it all along?
"POCKET YOU IN MIGHT NOT BE THE POCKET YOU IN "
Is Kevin and Mark names on those certs?
Remember: "DOCUMENTATION BEATS CONVERSATION" all day long!

Jump to msg. # dmgroup, I've only seen one dummer than elo's: 10-27-08 New Shareholders Corner message 10-27-08 This coming Friday, October 31, from 9-10 AM CST, we will be conducting another CEO Chat on Toginet.com. First of all, my apologies for the technical problems in recording and for the disorganization of the first radio show. I was in a hotel room in New York and extremely sick, and the format was still a work in progress. For the next show, I've taken into consideration concerns and suggestions made by shareholders and made a few changes to the show's format. We will take written questions from shareholders until midnight on Wednesday, and will begin answering written questions immediately at the beginning of the show. We will take callers' questions and comments for the second half of the show, with a time limit of 3 minutes per call, so everyone will have a chance to have their questions answered. I will NOT answer questions that have been addressed before by either myself or by Kevin West on the company website, nor will I respond to questions that do not directly involve CMKM Diamonds, Inc. Please keep your inquiries on topic. I know this has been a long and frustrating experience for CMKM shareholders, but this is not a situation that can be resolved overnight. Considering the irrefutable fact that Kevin West took over a company whose prior management defrauded its own shareholders of an estimated $250 million, and that the former CEO left only $558 in the bank, I believe a great deal has been accomplished in keeping this company alive. THIS COMPANY IS AND WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE FORWARD, but it takes time. I hope shareholders can be patient and respectful of the effort expended by those who are working on their behalf. On the other hand, if anyone has constructive ideas as to how to move the company forward in a positive way, we are always open to those ideas. Please submit your ideas, comments, and questions to questions@cmkmdiamondsinc.com or call in to next Friday's show at 1-877-864-4869. Thank you, Mark Faulk CEO, CMKM Diamonds Note: Due to technical problems with the recording facility, the October 3rd CEO Chat was inadvertently not recorded. Therefore, we are unable to post the show on the CMKM Diamonds Radio player. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

99...YES! I imagine as employees of the Federal Government, they are all getting regular paychecks, now aren't they? No rush there, since they can pay their bills from income. Come to think of it, Tyler employees are probably getting payroll checks as well. Do you think Helen's crew gets paid? Al Hodges looks like a stand-up guy, so I imagine his employees are paid as well. I get a kick out of all this money being spent from our trough, yet we can't dip into it AS OWNERS of the trough and the proceeds in it. It's really typical of most businesses though, you have to pay everybody else first before you cut yourself a check. We are after all, OWNERS. That $558.00 has to be split amoungst a ton of people before we cut ourselves a check! Does anyone know if Tyler runs on proceeds or do we borrow money to keep afloat? Does Stocklein pay sums ino Tyler from the trust every quarter so they can operate? Don't know myself. What this company needed to share with the world was a DEADLINE. Isn't there an old saying about 'Work expands into the time allowed to complete it?' Something like that. So MQ, 99, Ralph, Mark, Kevin, Bud, Jay, Acca and the rest, WHEN'S THE DEADLINE? TIA. eom.

N2P - I was wondering how folks from Tyler file their income tax? How they specify the source of income?
IRS needs more details than source of income from so called ~Third parties~

SETTLEMENT WITHOUT a word to the media or admittance of guilt by any party. The whole system would have to shut down if anyone admitted wrongdoing. My guess is a quiet settlement and the MM's covering all of Casavants companies. They'll never touch a Casavant company again except for the long side. Reform will come slowly while the hedge funds slowly bite the dust, merge, or collapse with billions lost. In the mean time, we wait! eom.
