Treffrey,
Only room thats still swayed by acca is the grape vine. You should know what youre talking about before you spout it everywhere. Inly in the 500 just said that Acca was banned and had been for a while out of that room. No one has even seen the creep since October so give it a rest.
btw really funny seeing you talk about people being brain damaged lol

First off, you should know who you are addressing
before you address them. As to the brain-damaging done by Acca, altough Acca may have been banned in some of the rooms in the last few months, he did years worth of irreversible brain-damage to the shareholders. Do you see people in those rooms organizing behind any credible forces yet, now that he is gone? No, they have been lulled into inaction, also known as brain damage!
I know personally of one shareholders who had a congressman, a huge international law firm, a law school willing to volunteer lots of student time and a law review department of a highly accredited ABA School, all willing to join forces to get this dine several months ago. They were going to make history, if given the chance. Now, we will just be another statistic, a plankton floating in the surf without any propulsion of our own, limited to only going where the tide leads us.
All people had to do was identify themselves so that they could not lie about who they really were and the good guys could be certain that these people were who they claimed themselves to be. The law firm was promised at least dedicated 50-100 people within 3 months. Instead, as soon as the offer went out, Acca, the admins, the bashers on this board and of Paltalk all sabotaged the efforts and nothing was done. When after 3 months hardly anybody signed up, they all backed out for without dedicated clients, there is no way to take on a gigantic industry.
People, if we get nothing or lnext to nothing with CMKX, you will get exactly what you deserve for not having the guts to be counted. Be sure to learn a lesson here when they come for our nation.

Here is the amazing paradox of all paradoxes...
The roles have been completely reversed, even though completely illegal, and all with the shareholders silent consent. Here is what I mean:
The brokers and dealers - they are your agents with fiduciary duties (duties to put your interests first, no self-dealing and no conflicts of interest, duty of full and honest disclosure). They are paid to represent you and have duties to serve your best interests, not their own.
The company personnel - officers, counsel, board members also owe the shareholders a fiduciary duty.
The government regulatory agencies - public SERVANTS, meaning that you, the shareholders who are taxpayers, are their real bosses who pay their salaries.
However, in spite of the fact WE, the shareholders and taxpayers are the real bosses, the ones who have the duties OWED to them, we have sat back and acted like d*mn fools and worthless slugs, allowing the servants to become the masters in our own house.
People, quit sitting there. Go have a shot of Jack Daniels, watch a John Wayne movie or perhaps the original Rocky, go ask a soldier about having some balls and survival instinct, or whatever it takes for you to wake up and fight to survive. Quit listening to the mind-control and thought programming that is in those paltalk rooms and on RB and get it together - while there MIGHT still be a chance!
Immediately, start to organize into cohesive groups who will not get behind any person promising to represent them or lead them who does not fully disclose who and what they are and guarantees 100% access to all information at all times.
No more scams, lies, b/s or anything else. All of the people claiming to be working for us are either or both lying and/or keeping the truth from us. This is completely unacceptable!
Don't believe me? WHere the he11 is the share structure? Why is there still well over one trillion shares not included on the counter? Why did they stop at 639b? Who has the claims? What happened to the joint ventures? Where are all the samples? Why the he11 did they let Entourage go when it was the hammer to force the cover? I could go on and on...
Don't you see, the banking "elites" are the devils in history, and they will NEVER stop trying to recover their money. They own this government = OWN IT - and even if money was collected, there is only yourselves to guarantee it gets to us. They will just buy off another corrupt official or two and we are back to ground zero. Snap to or lose it.

Fails to deliver everywhere..........“It seems quite obvious that the Fed and Treasury cannot and will not accept the status quo for much longer,” Wipf said in an interview.
Demand for Treasuries is so great that investors are lending cash for next to nothing to obtain the securities as collateral through repurchase agreements, or so-called repos. The problem is market participants haven’t always delivered the bonds, causing “fails” to exceed $5 trillion at their peak, according to the New York Fed.

Chopin July 29, 2008 R.J. Chopin RICO, Racketeering Influenced Corruption Organizations Act, the law Rudy Guiliani used to bring down Michael Milken, and other Wall Street crooks, could be revisited in the SEC's struggle to clean up Wall Street's growing threat to the financial markets. The SEC's crackdown against illegal naked short selling and rumor-mongering resulted in more than 50 hedge funds being slapped with subpoenas last week, according to the Wall Street Journal. Conspiracy theorist and CEO of Overstock.com (OSTK), Patrick Byrne, has embarked on a crusade to expose the nefarious hedge funds that practice illegal short selling. Byrne's web site, Deep Capture.com, has compiled a plethora of facts documenting, names, dates, times and videos of the players and their schemes. Mark Mitchell, of DeepCapture.com, believes there exist a "hedge fund-orchestrated campaign to cover-up the crime of naked short selling." Depending on how deep the SEC probes, and what insidious facts they discover, we could see hedge fund managers, traders, and other employees facing scandalous, unprecedented charges under the infamous racketeering law, RICO. There is growing pressure for whistle-blowers to sound off or risk becoming the next scapegoat. Clusterstock.com, reported, "the SEC is demanding both trading records and email correspondences" from subpoenaed firms. The inclusion of cell phone and text messaging records will undoubtedly be scrutinized. Concurrently, the NYSE Regulation Inc. is also investigating how some of its largest firms comply with false and misleading rumors that could undermine a stock's price. This is going to intensify. Motley Fool, published an article on March 24, 2008, titled "The Naked Truth on Illegal Shorting," in which 100% of a company's shares were purchased by one individual, and were not available for shorting. Nevertheless, 60 million phantom shares were traded, according to owner. Subsequently, he filed a SEC 13-D compliant form. thingy Fuld, CEO of Lehman Brothers (LEH), told market regulators that he has information that short-selling hedge funds colluded to bring down Bear Sterns (BSC). If Fulds's "information" is of evidentiary value, these hedge fund managers, and their cast of cohorts, could find themselves behind bars. If the SEC diligently investigates the facts, we could see RICO indictments against illegal short sellers as early as Labor Day. Anyone charged under the RICO statue, even if they are found "not guilty," will become permanently damaged. After observing the demise of Fannie Mae (FNM), and Freddie Mac (FRE) last week, it is expedient that the SEC move quickly to abolish the practice of naked short selling for all stocks. Short selling should only be allowed after the short seller has successfully borrowed the shares. The practice of selling shares that cannot be borrowed is a crime! seekingalpha.com/article/87653-il....ico-indictments

A review of 15 agreements involving corporations since early November suggests that much of the alleged misconduct dates back five years or more, provoking questions about why the cases took so long to mature and why resolutions are coming with only weeks left in President Bush's term.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Interesting News from Scottrade.
Attention Customers who Request Stock Certificates
Effective Jan. 2, Scottrade is no longer offering physical stock certificates. This change has been made in response to an initiative by DTCC (The Depository Trust & Clearing Company) to eliminate physical certificates.
DTCC will discontinue the issuance of physical certificates for most securities on Jan. 9, and the remaining stocks will only be available in certificate form until July 2009. This is an SEC-approved, industry-wide change that will affect all investors regardless of the brokerage firm issuing the certificates.
After July 2009, the availability of physical stock certificates will be dependant upon the discretion of the issuing company, which may make them available exclusively through their Transfer Agent. For more information, you will need to contact the Transfer Agent directly.
What this means for you: Scottrade will continue to accept physical certificates for the deposit or sale of stock, but you will not be able to receive a physical certificate. If you primarily trade online and do not normally request the issuance of a physical stock certificate, you will not be affected by this change.
If you have any questions, please contact your local branch office.

It seems kinda like the SEC passing that ruling that stated they weren't liable for mistakes that they made prior to a date they picked. LOL!

Tyler Texas = the Pide Piper of Hamlin
Now, another shareholder is all about organizing to hire legal counsel to make things happen - perhaps another pide piper for the bankers? Is he a good guy? Is he a bad guy? Funny thing, if you never see Turino and his rats trying to stop this shareholder's efforts to organize to go after the brokers and the MM's who stole from us, than you better be greatly suspicious of his true connections.
Note, everyone else trying to organize was hit with efforts to discredit the organizing. Why would this current sh not get the same attacks if he was a real threat to the criminals?
Stop - think - be independent from the masses of sheep. God gave you brains, for your own sake - USE THEM!
