hawkeye1 Senior Diamond Miner **This Is Why They Say: "This Is BIG"« Thread Started Today at 6:52am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CMKX...The AML FACTor« Thread Started Yesterday at 8:59pm CMKM Diamonds, a pink stock company, is already being studied, analyzed, as well as, papers being written about CMKM Diamonds by law institutes. Is CMKM Diamonds being studied and analyzed for their part in the NSS and FTD situation? CMKM Diamonds is being studied and analyzed for their part in something bigger, something that became a major challenge to the USA PATRIOT Act. A major challenge that involved the GAO (General Accounting Office), the Treasury Department, the Congress, the DOJ, the DOE (Department of Enforcement), the SEC,…a challenge that also involved Homeland Security, the FBI, the Nevada Strike Force, and the IRS. The challenge is another three-lettered word, AML…Anti Money Laundering. How huge is the money laundering? According to the “Virginia Law Business Review“ Spring 2008, one example given, “Between 1995 and 1999, the Bank of New York allegedly earned fees of up to $240 MILLION A MONTH” just to turn a blind eye to suspicious transactions. That is $14.4 Billion Dollars for one institution. Now multiply this by several institutions. This is huge! It is also huge in the stock market industry. “Between January 2003 and January 2007, the NASD brought more than 150 enforcement actions for money laundering.”Recall 2003 was an important year for CMKM Diamonds. Urban Casavant took certain measures to protect the company and shareholders. There was more going on than just the NSS situation. How close were those associated with CMKM transactions being watched and scrutinized? NevWest allegedly earned 36 percent of its income from CMKM Diamonds. Close enough. The fact that CMKM Diamonds is receiving higher visibility, higher than the major stock companies and thousands of pink stock companies, gives credence that there is more to CMKX than the NSS/FTD. CMKX was part of the major challenge in identifying those involved in money laundering. Interesting read about CMKM Diamonds and Anti Money Laundering. www.virginialawbusrev.org/VLBR3-1pdfs/Boyer.pdfThe considerable three-lettered situations with CMKX…NSS, FTD, and AML, should result in a considerable three-letter situation with the legal Shareholders ... a considerable ROIAll The Best, BHolleneggHJRS Gruss Capten tramp2.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=7321

Chopin July 29, 2008 R.J. Chopin RICO, Racketeering Influenced Corruption Organizations Act, the law Rudy Guiliani used to bring down Michael Milken, and other Wall Street crooks, could be revisited in the SEC's struggle to clean up Wall Street's growing threat to the financial markets. The SEC's crackdown against illegal naked short selling and rumor-mongering resulted in more than 50 hedge funds being slapped with subpoenas last week, according to the Wall Street Journal. Conspiracy theorist and CEO of Overstock.com (OSTK), Patrick Byrne, has embarked on a crusade to expose the nefarious hedge funds that practice illegal short selling. Byrne's web site, Deep Capture.com, has compiled a plethora of facts documenting, names, dates, times and videos of the players and their schemes. Mark Mitchell, of DeepCapture.com, believes there exist a "hedge fund-orchestrated campaign to cover-up the crime of naked short selling." Depending on how deep the SEC probes, and what insidious facts they discover, we could see hedge fund managers, traders, and other employees facing scandalous, unprecedented charges under the infamous racketeering law, RICO. There is growing pressure for whistle-blowers to sound off or risk becoming the next scapegoat. Clusterstock.com, reported, "the SEC is demanding both trading records and email correspondences" from subpoenaed firms. The inclusion of cell phone and text messaging records will undoubtedly be scrutinized. Concurrently, the NYSE Regulation Inc. is also investigating how some of its largest firms comply with false and misleading rumors that could undermine a stock's price. This is going to intensify. Motley Fool, published an article on March 24, 2008, titled "The Naked Truth on Illegal Shorting," in which 100% of a company's shares were purchased by one individual, and were not available for shorting. Nevertheless, 60 million phantom shares were traded, according to owner. Subsequently, he filed a SEC 13-D compliant form. thingy Fuld, CEO of Lehman Brothers (LEH), told market regulators that he has information that short-selling hedge funds colluded to bring down Bear Sterns (BSC). If Fulds's "information" is of evidentiary value, these hedge fund managers, and their cast of cohorts, could find themselves behind bars. If the SEC diligently investigates the facts, we could see RICO indictments against illegal short sellers as early as Labor Day. Anyone charged under the RICO statue, even if they are found "not guilty," will become permanently damaged. After observing the demise of Fannie Mae (FNM), and Freddie Mac (FRE) last week, it is expedient that the SEC move quickly to abolish the practice of naked short selling for all stocks. Short selling should only be allowed after the short seller has successfully borrowed the shares. The practice of selling shares that cannot be borrowed is a crime! seekingalpha.com/article/87653-il....ico-indictments By: hanssolong 04 Jan 2009, 09:44 AM EST Msg. 793449 of 793504 (This msg. is a reply to 793386 by huckfinnn.) Nbphony, that is the point of my study. Either they are all liars and have lost money on CMKX, or they represent something (or someone) much more sinister. I am leaning, however, to more of a 50-50 scenario. I think half are financially down due to a CMKX investment, and the other half are (or represent the) market criminals. The latter are the guys I'm after. They're beginning to fall, but enforcement was previously so ineffective (or on the take), so there are a lot more of those dominoes yet to fall.
I sympathize with disgruntled shareholders, but not if they are lying to their fellow shareholders about their motive. I think the other 50% are a fowl lot deserving maximum sentences in small cells with big sodomizing Bubbas. I hope that all longs (disgruntled or not) get, if not an ROI, then restitution, or at least justice against the perpetrators. Here's to a market clean of all pump and dumpers, short and distorters, naked shorters, paid pumpers and paid bashers! GLTY.

and if we get a gazillion ROI on our cmkx then who cares if you have to take the hit then for what you wrote off years earlier.

and franky, i doubt you have to fill out any paperwork on it. simply declare the revocation of the stock by the federal court as your proof your investment is worth zero.
you could still keep your cert in the event it becomes valuable in the future.
why hasn't TYLER been advising us to do exactly this?
By: rosencrantz2010 04 Jan 2009, 01:36 PM EST Msg. 793597 of 793627 Jump to msg. #
i wrote the IRS some time back concerning a $30,000 tax bill. i explained the situation and they let me off due to my explanation that cmkx the stock had been revoked - zero value. i should have been declaring the loss each year but failed to do so because some posters said you had to fill out a form declaring that you were "throwing away" the stock.
well, i say that's bullshiiit and think instead that all you have to do is simply declare a loss of $3,000 and as proof show the date you paid $3,000 (or less) for the stock and then a copy of the judge's order revoking the stock.
and then if the d*mn thing comes back to life you'll just have to show the extra $3,000 on the stock's value and take the hit reflected a higher profit.
maybe if all of us did that the IRS would take notice of our problem! lol

Wow, Bob! Are you 100% sure this came from Bill Frizzell? If so, he has shown his true colors. 'Not too smart to put something like this out there. Disgusting and disturbing to say the least.
“This just goes to show how the sheep will latch onto a tidbit from the past and years later, even after the tidbit has evolved or been resolved, they cling to it still because it supports their delusional dreams of wealth.
So the issue is this - does bholeinthehead believe or mislead.
One means he's an idiot, the other a liar.
Neither attributes of someone with whom to trust.

It would be nice if someone could pursue this statement made on 12/22/2008 by Bill Frizzell.
I would say it is imperative to confirm or deny this statement.
Bill Frizzell should address this, if he has any self worth or dignity for his office.
Dave
stormgrey43 DIAMOND JEDI MASTER
IMO if it was Bill "no sizzle" Frizzle who said it, that's why he uses the name "bholeinthehead" versus Robert's known handle - similar to using a mispelled name as I have. Technically, I never insulted anyone, unless of course there exists such a person by the name of "Bill Frizzle", but I do not personally know anyone by that name, so.......... no harm, no foul.
It wouldn't surprise me if Bill Frizzell is the actual source of the insulting statement obviously directed at BHollenegg. Nothing coming out of Tyler surprises me anymore, unless of course it is anything other than pathetic.
Storm
P.S. I might add that anyone who thinks shareholders are idiots for hoping and expecting a ROI cannot possibly be as stupid as anyone who actually gave up their regular full-time job to pursue the same thing.
