there is no company, urban wrapped up his company
tyler texas has nothing to do with urban's wrapped up company
two completely separate companies.....tyler is a shell...a name and nothing more. tyler has no authority whatsoever and all of the lawsuits are dismissed and tyler is barred from filing any suits on behalf of the "wrapped up company"
urban is in total control of distributing our money....he needs to do it so the FEDs will pay their part....accountability.....both have to pay us...and it's TIME....
i'm getting news folks are losing their homes and this just isn't happening...if the feds can bail out banks from foreclosure, they best think about cmkxers who have been damaged by those banks....it's time we got paid...
CLOSURE

if you believe otherwise, i think you should look at their sales tax filing that is due january 10th...they have no revenue none...nada...they are not a going concern in the eyes of the law....
urban needs to end this game....

I would say it is imperative to confirm or deny this statement. Bill Frizzell should address this, if he has any self worth or dignity for his office. Dave stormgrey43 DIAMOND JEDI MASTER IMO if it was Bill "no sizzle" Frizzle who said it, that's why he uses the name "bholeinthehead" versus Robert's known handle - similar to using a mispelled name as I have. Technically, I never insulted anyone, unless of course there exists such a person by the name of "Bill Frizzle", but I do not personally know anyone by that name, so.......... no harm, no foul. It wouldn't surprise me if Bill Frizzell is the actual source of the insulting statement obviously directed at BHollenegg. Nothing coming out of Tyler surprises me anymore, unless of course it is anything other than pathetic. Storm P.S. I might add that anyone who thinks shareholders are idiots for hoping and expecting a ROI cannot possibly be as stupid as anyone who actually gave up their regular full-time job to pursue the same thing. We did think at one time that someone had hacked into the web site but I don’t recall it being specifically the task force site. I think we did contact the FBI but that was eons ago. As I recall the FBI said get an expert and let us know if you can find out who did it. We never could find anyone that could prove anything so we dropped it. I thought we made some mention through an update or something about that incident. Must be a slow news day out there if that is the topic of the day." I hope Bill isn't using him for anything meaningful to shareholders for this reason. Pedro would undoubtedly come up with detailed summaries supported by cherry-picked "facts"...that would eventually end up being discredited if anyone getting these summaries were to "peel the onion" back a bit to reveal what's really stinking beneath. All Longs : Place yourselves under Robert's leadership for a possible ROI if you ever want one. IMO, he's our only hope right now with his intergrity, honesty, clear determination and a good heart to help the legal shareholders. Save you precious time to gather other shareholders you know rather than chatting with bashers 24/7 here. Ask yourselves whether you have a good health, sufficent finance to last until you see a ROI from your CMKX investment !

It was not too long ago that Kevin West was putting out in updates that he was not contacted by any regulatory agency. I know for a fact that he was less than honest when I received a call at that very same time period at my office from Leslie Hakala from a Tyler Texas area code. You are more than on to something here my friend. ~read Michael Lewis's latest: here is a sample...click on the link and peruse all of it...well worth your time. Might be worth sending over to Cox,Kotz,Hakala,M.White,Frizzell,et.al. jf "The S.E.C. now promises modest new measures to contain the damage that the rating agencies can do — measures that fail to address the central problem: that the raters are paid by the issuers. But this should come as no surprise, for the S.E.C. itself is plagued by similarly wacky incentives. Indeed, one of the great social benefits of the Madoff scandal may be to finally reveal the S.E.C. for what it has become. Created to protect investors from financial predators, the commission has somehow evolved into a mechanism for protecting financial predators with political clout from investors. (The task it has performed most diligently during this crisis has been to question, intimidate and impose rules on short-sellers — the only market players who have a financial incentive to expose fraud and abuse.) The instinct to avoid short-term political heat is part of the problem; anything the S.E.C. does to roil the markets, or reduce the share price of any given company, also roils the careers of the people who run the S.E.C. Thus it seldom penalizes serious corporate and management malfeasance — out of some misguided notion that to do so would cause stock prices to fall, shareholders to suffer and confidence to be undermined. Preserving confidence, even when that confidence is false, has been near the top of the S.E.C.’s agenda. IT’S not hard to see why the S.E.C. behaves as it does. If you work for the enforcement division of the S.E.C. you probably know in the back of your mind, and in the front too, that if you maintain good relations with Wall Street you might soon be paid huge sums of money to be employed by it. The commission’s most recent director of enforcement is the general counsel at JPMorgan Chase; the enforcement chief before him became general counsel at Deutsche Bank; and one of his predecessors became a managing director for Credit Suisse before moving on to Morgan Stanley. A casual observer could be forgiven for thinking that the whole point of landing the job as the S.E.C.’s director of enforcement is to position oneself for the better paying one on Wall Street." www.nytimes.com/2009/01/04/opinion/04lewiseinhorn.html- - - - -

From (FAQ Session #15: July 19, 2008 CMKM Diamonds website) A) There are many factors that go into having shares cancelled not the least of which is the fact that many of the shares you reference have previously been sold to third parties. The Company is continuing its investigation into these matters and will cancel such shares at the appropriate time.
