" good the sellers of the certs to Marco could be construed as a legal transaction. "
I would wait to see who the 8 are......with all the people around CMKX at that time,,,,i find it funny that he would only find 8 "legit" sellers....or that he would not be willing to expand to more than 8
He was wayyy to bold to not jump on having access to even more "legits" imo
Until i see different,,,,imo,,,he got his shares from insiders or an insider ring

let's NOT FORGET FOLKS WHO BOUGHT FROM DELIDOG...
YOU HAD LEGAL AUTHORITY BEFORE YOU .... THE INITIAL DECISION...IT CLEARLY SPELLED OUT THE FRAUD, UNREGISTERED SHARES...WAY BACK JUNE I THINK IT WAS OF 2005...
YOU HAVE NO REAL DEFENSE IN YOUR FAVOR FOR THINKING BUYING FROM DELIDOG WAS LEGAL.
DELIDOGS SHARES/CERTS IN NO WAY ARE LEGAL BONAFIDE SHARES AND MUST BE CANCELLED.

and this is why...
the Bank that gave the gold medallion guarantee on the blank certs..
the TA for processing them and not contacting the company to confirm their authenticity..
and the company for representing that they were OK to purchase.

The Task Force may have been made up of volunteers, however they were sanctioned by the company and Frizzel was PAID for his work. I dont think the SEC is going to punish people who were misled by the company and cancel shares that are in fact, real shares. Also keep in mind, that even tho some were unregistered, they did serve a 2 year restriction before they were sold and were not put in the market.

During the last several months, I have faced many challenges as have all of you. My ability to communicate was hindered which caused me much grief and frustration. "
And it obviously looks like the SEC agreed....plausable deniability,,,,,i mean SEC agreed "Injunction"

Example: You go go your bank and cash a $1,000.00 check. The bank gives you 10 $100.00 bills. The check is legitimate by the way nothing wrong with the check remember that.
Now you take you 10 $100.00 bills to the local Walmart and buy a bunch of stuff from the zombie store. You get up to register and Abdul is very slowly scanning your items while you are suffering thru his body odor of not bathing and Aramis cologne.
The register says $1,010.00 so you go into your happy pocket and pull out those new 10 $100.00 bills plus a $10.00. Abdul fumbles around looking for the counterfeit marker and starts to draw that line on all the bills.
Oh oh Abdul yells. Security Security. 2 old farts in scooters with a blue light on them rides over. Abdul says in his broken English you tried to pass off these counterfeit bills. Your standing there in pizz now cause how can that be.
The police come you fill out a report go on your marry way.
Guess what you lost those bills. It does not matter that you just got them. The money is gone. You have no recourse.
Your check was real, the money was fake.
Same thing here with Deli. If you bought from Marco you are screwed get a lawyer and wait in line.

The sec suit didn't address the certs in any way. Didn't say they were unregistered, or fake. The suit calls for relief, and nothing is mentioned as to the disposition of the certs. If they were going to cancel those certs, it would be noted. its not.THink about it logically, Deli will be disgourged if they can find his money, to cancel the shares, would punish the buyers, thats not who they are after. That's not to say that Frizzel might not file to have the shares cancelled if Deli is found guilty. Only problem, i think they would be scared to do that. FIrst of all..someone might go wacko on them and second and MOST importantly, when shs called, Frizzell told them they were valid. - - - - -

jonathon first of all Frizzell assumed they were valid cause it was a private transaction between 2 parties which is not illegal. What is illegal is Marco is accused of making a market of a de-registered stock representing himself as a unlicensed broker. He was told to stop and he continued.

Chris,
Not saying that Frizzel was complicit, saying that he was head of the company Task Force and doesn't matter what he assumed. You can't claim ignorance of the law as an excuse, especially if you're a lawyer! I am just saying that his advice as the head of the task force makes him a player in this debacle. Another thing I have been wondering about is, what exactly the law is once a company is delisted and remains a viable entity that is private? If we were a defunct trading company, where does the sec's power lie once it becomes private? Appears to be more to this than meets the eye, in my opinion. But again, to the point of all this. The unregistered shares once traded are considered real shares even tho their route to the market was not legal. Why cancel Deli's shares, which were indeed real shares, and not cancel the entire 622 billion? Even if there is legal recourse to cancel the shares, by their omission to address it, to me means they have no stomach to punish shareholders any further with that action. ALl just my opinion.

chris what clears kevin and bill is
the fact they worked with the team and the sec on the sting and covering the largest short ever, oh and the precedent setting interplead, the likes of what had never been done before per kevin. Oh and that it wasn't just about cmkx but they were the precedent setter, that urban still is involved as it was a sting. The fact that urban is the godly man kevin talked about and although the og was the main bashers they were just doing their jobs, so they won't be stuck down by god like kevin wanted for the other bashers, you know the real bashers.
oh and the fact that nobody is as dumb as kevin and mark pretend to be, nobody did that bad of a job, and nobody got fooled here.
Hey chris how is it going buddy, hey to bad we have to talk about a non issue like deli when bill, the sec, and the doj, the fbi, and all on the boards knew he was selling and it was a ok by all of them. The sec which bill and the team knows tracked every single cert sold, so who really gives chit what deli sold right. Sad we have to have any conversations except how much do we get for getting screwed by all, including our own lawyer. Why aren't we talking about what are take is on our amazing land, why isn't bill talking about our share of star uranium's 500 billion tonnes of kimberlite. Maybe how much oil we really have or sold. Too bad we talk of deli dog and still see the og bashers/pumpers fill time on this board.

Gus.....i can understand why some ( the ones who actully bought ) would talk about what Deli was doin,,,,and in a way....also the ones who didn't buy from him....both sides could have an intrest
I know people who bought from him and i've told them....i personally wouldn't have done it,,,,if it's all legit,,,,,spread tha wealth (lol).....if not,,,,,,cancel tha shares it was a risk they shouldn't have taken and it's not the SEC/CMKX or Kevin's fault.
" why isn't bill talking about our share of star uranium's 500 billion tonnes of kimberlite. "
i think when i last posted almost 4 months ago,,,i showed who's land that really is......it was never CMKX's,,,that's been their land now almost a decade
that's why i typed what i did to Rosen today about CMKX hopefully and how....getting back into to that claim with them,,,,,,and the comparison i made to Shore Gold
and that's why i got irritated a few weeks ago when i read that "e-mail" they posted on tha website from Frizz,,,,where he says....it only takes one claim
well no #### sherlock.......enough of the vague azz comments and then detractions when people ask for answers
I say give it about 6 more months......if nothing substantial outta Texas,,,,i think the true shareholders should sue....and there's plenty of stuff to work with OUTSIDE of the "nss" crap at this point
By-pass what they'd try to bog u down with......and another thing that just goes poof.....what about unshareholder. com ??
they put out the "press release" about it....nothing,,,,and Kevin says.......we'll maybe i shouldn't have done that
juuuust like he says....never mind,,,,,,it's to a point...especially in this fraud enviroment,,,,,of makin u wonder who's coverin for who....and i could go on and on
but we'll see.....in mean time,,,,,,got stuff to do
Later
