Jump to msg. # Dr. Jim DeCosta,
The bottom line is that the US Stock Market has been completely corrupted at its core - in its Clearance and Settlement System run by the DTCC.
When we buy any stock in the U.S. Stock market, it is very likely that we receive an IOU instead of Real Stock Shares. And we are NOT allowed to know this thanks to the Wall Street Criminals.
The simple truth is that Wall Street makes more money if they sell us phantom shares of stock, counterfeit shares of stock. Instead of paying for REAL Shares of stock to then sell to us, they simple counterfeit some shares and pocket 99% of the cash money we hand over to them for long shares. And then they use our cash money to drive down the price of the stock we just bought with more counterfeit shares.
When we look at our monthly brokerage accounts all we are allowed to see is that we hold a long position is xyz. We are NOT allowed by the DTCC system to know whether our account has REAL shares of stock in it or counterfeit shares.
So it looks like the Wall Street Counterfeit Machine, the DTCC Clearance and Settlement system, has secretly converted the stock market for buying long shares of stock into effectively a FUTURES DERIVATIVE MARKET where REAL shares are NOT traded.
And we the American buying public were NOT told about this. And every month when we look at our brokerage account summary we are potentially being lied to! The corrupted DTCC system demands that we be given a FALSE monthly illusion that we have a long position with REAL shares of stock in company xyz, even when we do not have Real Shares, but only IOUs!
This DOES nauseate me!
Is the MADOFF Exemption the root cause of this corruptions? Or does it go back further?

if our shares are going to be worth something, that is, a return to trading, when are you expecting this?
i'm sure you understand, given our desire for basic information about the company we invested in five years ago.
if the company is planning on abandoning the stock why not inform us know so we can take the appropriate steps and possibly save some money on this year's taxes.
and surely you must see the importance of saving as much as we can on taxes, especially THIS year when the economy has gone in the tank.
come on, TYLER, give us some information we can use and which will save us some money

it going for .02 per share, putting the market cap somewhere around $1.8m.
i wonder what the plan is? you would think that if any of the insiders even had a whiff os something of value in the remaining FALC claims or that some "secret deal" was being worked on that would bring great riches, that the pps would reflect that in some fashion.
but instead, the pps has been steadily dropping, suggesting that there is no real value in the stock.
so, where is the value and how is the stock being used? what is its role in all of this? it can't be hiding the value because like i say, if there was value or going to be some value in the stock the pps would show signs of it. you can't keep that kind of shiiit secret for long.

TYLER, you have a local congressman and two US Senators. contact them and tell them the SEC has failed in its duties to protect many, many TEXANS from investor fraud, just like people were defrauded in the MADOFF and STANFORD case.
maybe point out to them that it appears that the SEC is set up to protect the wealthy east-coasters who were friends of bernie madoff and not the truck drivin', blue collar, hard workin', red-blooded, all-american people of TEXAS!
now, if that doesn't get their blood boiling then i suggest you vote someone else into office.

Hello Everyone...
You bet I'm still around. I check in regularly but just don't say much. To answer the question of the day, yes I still believe we're in good hands and that nothing has changed. I was told quite some time ago to keep on living life and simply wait. Of course waiting isn't that simple and it makes the current economic situation even that much worse. People are hurting, losing their jobs, and having difficulty making ends meet to say the least. I'm no different than anyone else in that respect. However, that doesn't change the way I feel about our stock and the outcome we hope to achieve.
Keep your loved ones close and remember what's most important as the world changes around us. If we're correct in our conclusions then we'll all be fine:)
Have a good evening...

52,000 Hidden Accounts worth 14.8 billion.
US files new lawsuit in UBS bank secrets case 55 minutes ago
WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal authorities have filed a lawsuit against Swiss-based bank UBS AG seeking the identities of tens of thousands of U.S. customers.
The suit filed in Miami Thursday seeks to force the firm to turn over information on as many as 52,000 U.S. customers who hid their accounts from the U.S. government in violation of tax laws.
The move comes a day after the Justice Department struck a deal with UBS to get access to some of its customers who used Swiss bank secrecy law to hide billions of dollars in assets.
According to the government's lawsuit, the accounts in question held about $14.8 billion in assets in the past decade.
As part of its deal with prosecutors Wednesday, the bank agreed to pay $780 million in fines and penalties.

really, what is the SEC's excuse? sure, we're all happy that the SEC now has a tough new sheriff in town but do any of us really think this guy is going to move the CMKX case along?
i doubt it.
the SEC and DOJ have supposedly been working on the CMKX case for five years, or more. and what do they have to show for it compared to the progress they have exhibited in just the last few months on the MADOFF and STANFORD cases?
come on, something doesn't compute here.
how is it that they could do the investigations, get all the court papers, freeze the assets and pursue MADOFF and STANFORD in a matter of a week, and yet for the very same type of crime involving 60,000 investors and $250m dollars stolen in a stock fraud case they can't even show us a good healthy shiiitt from any one of the federal agents and judges that have been working on this case for the last half DECADE!
enough with the strutting and threats SEC and DOJ, get off you respective buttts and start producing because the longer this goes on without you showing us anything real the more people will begin to suspect that URBAN is innocent, that there was no stock fraud in the sense you are trying to sell it, and that instead you are participating in a crime yourself in that you are covering up the real crime of security fraud involving the naked shorting of all our shares of CMKX.
so, drag it out and it will only serve to convince more and more people that URBAN is innocent and that everything whispered years ago about cmkx being shorted into oblivion was the TRUTH.

TRY IBM... UBS to pay $780M, open secret Swiss bank records WASHINGTON – Banking giant UBS has agreed to pay $780 million and turn over once-secret Swiss banking records to settle allegations it conspired to defraud the U.S. government of taxes owed by big clients. As part of the deal struck in federal court in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., UBS has made the unprecedented step of agreeing to immediately turn over to the U.S. government account information for U.S. customers of the bank's cross-border business. In doing so, federal authorities have struck a big crack in Switzerland's vaunted bank secrecy laws. UBS will pay $780 million in fines, penalties, interest and restitution for conspiring to create sham accounts to hide the assets of U.S. clients from the U.S. government. "We accept full responsibility for these improper activities," Peter Kurer, chairman of Swiss-based UBS AG, said in a statement. He added that the bank was determined to abide by the terms of the deal with U.S. criminal and securities officials. "Client confidentiality, to which UBS remains committed, was never designed to protect fraudulent acts or the identity of those clients, who, with the active assistance of bank personnel, misused the confidentiality protections," he said Wednesday. According to U.S. officials, when an acquisition in 2000 of a U.S. company brought UBS a host of new, American clients, the bank set about to evade new reporting requirements for those clients. To do so, UBS executives helped U.S. taxpayers open new accounts in the names of sham entities. Prosecutors contend that UBS executives used encrypted software and other counter-surveillance techniques to prevent anyone from detecting that they were actively marketing such Swiss bank secrecy — and tax evasion — to American taxpayers. The clients, in turn, filed false tax returns that omitted the income they earned in their Swiss accounts, according to the court papers. Federal officials said they had pulled aside a veil of secrecy that hid a corrupt international banking practice. "This was not a mere compliance oversight, but rather a knowing crime motivated by greed and disrespect for the law," said Alexander Acosta, U.S. attorney for southern Florida. Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Doug Shulman warned U.S. taxpayers hiding money overseas that it was time to come clean with Uncle Sam. "People who have hidden unreported income offshore need to get right with their government. They should come forward and take advantage of our voluntary disclosure process," Shulman said. Sen. Carl Levin, D-Mich., has estimated that abusive tax shelters and hidden offshore accounts cost the U.S. government nearly $100 billion a year in lost tax revenue. Prosecutors are still hunting for UBS executive Raoul Weil, who was indicted in November 2008 on charges he conspired to defraud the government for overseeing the bank's cross-border business. In June 2008 former UBS banker Bradley Birkenfeld pleaded guilty to a similar charge. If UBS fails to turn over the clients' information, or stops cooperating with authorities, federal prosecutors could refile charges against the bank. Under the deal, UBS also will completely stop engaging in the type of cross-border banking business that got them into trouble. ___ On the Net: UBS AG: www.ubs.com tramp2.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=7713&page=1
