Jump to msg. # aladin, you know me, i'm willing to entertain just about any position. if data indicates urban is a crook, so be it. if the evidence suggests otherwise, then that's fine too. i want to win, that is make money off my investment, but after this long i'm of the opinion that we need closure more than anything. one way or the other, cmkx investors need to know the outcome.
okay, given that, my question to you is at what point will you change your position? you have been saying for some time now that these 622b shares can't be explained and are not a part of the 703b shares. alright, but what does that mean? there has to be a consequence associated with those 622b not being a part of the 703b, right?
if we keep saying the 622b shares aren't real and nothing happens, then it really doesn't mean much. there has to be some negative response to the existence of the bogus shares. something has to happen because the shares are bad shares. if nothing happens then who cares if they are bogus shares or not?
so, i'm willing to give you your position about the 622b shares, but you have to tell us how long you are going to hold that position before you say, "well, i was told they are bogus shares but after ten years and nothing happening i guess it really doesn't matter that they were bogus shares."
how long will it be before you change your thinking about the meaning of the bogus shares? what are you thinking about the shares and what are you hearing about when having those shares will make any difference? thanks.

Jump to msg. # Rose - U know how to cure a poisonous snake bite, right...Anti venom is needed to cure a poisonous bite so in this case it takes some crooks or people who do look like crooks to bring down the big crooks on Wall Street (NSS) and like you say it does not matter here if UC is a crook or not...but what is the outcome? Simple answer to your questions is that we have NS in trillions not 622B but everything here is meaningless if NSS did not or will not pay for what they have done, right? I believe the NSS had agreed to settle when UC/RG raised 600B shares otherwise cert pull would be a whole mess...now why it takes so long?
Now is the ripe time...Now there will no more BS investigation and nothing else will happen but pay us...the DOJ/SEC/FBI/IRS should be ready to release our $$$ this year....

1. urban get lands.
2. urban hires geologists to evaluate.
3. urban finds/does not find anything of value on that land.
4. depending on what he finds he either tries to keep it or let it go.
5. he lets it go.
6. for whatever reason, his joint venture partners keep all their worthless moose pasture.
7. all the rest of the worthless moose pasture is picked up by shore gold.
8. no other mining company manages to bid on and acquire any of the 1.9 m acres of worthless moose pasture that shore gets.
9. urban looses all the worthless moose pasture.
10. urban is branded a crook by US federal authorities who seem incapable of prosecuting him.
11. urban is reportedly broke, making him possibly the dumbest crook in history, especially if his former joint partners and shore gold discover diamond-bearing kimberlite pipes under some of that 1.9m acres.
12. end of story? (for some reason i don't think so. but i'm getting d*mn sick and tired of waiting to hear the ending.)
13. still to be told,,,,

Treffry advised deli before (as referenced in marco's response) and I have absolutely no doubt that he dictated that "ignorance is bliss, therfore I deny all the charges" response of deli's... grammatical errors and all. My absolute favorite part of Marco's reply that could only have been written by Treffry (I guess leowanta could have written it as well) is the Third Cause of Action on page eight: THIRD CAUSE OF ACTION NO LIKLIHOOD OF 1 FUTURE VIOLATIONS
As his Third Cause of Action, Glisson maintains that there is no likelihood that he will violate the federal securities laws in the future unless a permanent injunction is issued. That bit of schizophrenic writing could only come from the likes of Treffry. Lord knows we have enough evidence of his derranged writing style here on RB to confirm it. ROTFLMAO!!!

... Mr. C is barred "...from participation in any offering of penny stock..."
restructure? barred from penny stock?
Sounds like we can only go up from here.
