Jump to msg. # jboydwv, reviewing the post of the "cmkx heavyweights" from 4 years ago is suggestive of what might have/is going on, and depressing.
just think about that. these are posts from almost exactly four (4) years ago to the day.
4 years.
my god.
someone owes a lot of people for this waste.
and the argument that they couldn't talk for fear of revealing the truth doesn't hold water. if i were urban, had shorty by the short hairs, and the SEC told me i had to keep quiet in order to give them time to work things out, at some point i would say, "well, leslie hakala, tell your bosses i waited long enough and the tens of thousands of cmkx investors have waited more than long enough. i don't care if you say i'm going to prison if i talk. i'm holding a press conference at the National Press Club in D.C. in 60 days and at that time will reveal everything. please, have FBI agents there to arrest me so i can get even more press coverage. i am hiring one of the best public relations firms in the country. i hired them to put on a "full court press" against the SEC and FBI. everything that i know will be revealed through a blizzard of press releases and news stories they organize."
"leslie, if you want to avoid this little problem, all you have to do is complete the task we agreed on. i'm giving you 60 days. at the end of that time, a very large public relations "shiiitt bomb" will be hitting the national press. i feel confident i'll come out the winner and you won't. and the reason i know it is because of the way the SEC has mismanaged so many other cases that the American public will side with me since it was your organization that broke the law. not me. you were the ones that tried to hide the truth."
now, why doesn't URBAN do or say this?
well, the simple answer may simply be he's another ALAN STANFORD. it could be just that, PLUS the fact that leslie hakala and her buddies at the SEC and FBI are incompetent boooobs that can't figure their way out of a paper sack.
maybe the explanation for the endless delay is that the SEC is facing another STANFORD character and they are not sure how to try the case?
cmkx investors may have the misfortune of having a group of incompetents FEDS running our investigation.
maybe it's as simple as that?
six years of investigation and the SEC and FBI are unable to indict anyone.
SIX YEARS of federal investigation and nothing to show.
Ms. HAKALA, six years. four years to earn your undergraduate degree and another two for your masters.
Ms. HAKALA, that's the amount of time it took you to earn your B.A. and law degree.
and here we sit, not only being asked to wait patiently but having to suffer the indignity of no information - total silence - from the organization responsible for seeking justice.

i'm sure you've been able to spend a good deal of time at all of them wondering what your next move should be in the CMKX case.
no doubt you lay there thinking and worrying about all the tens of thousands of investors that are waiting on your investigation to end but after a while you just slip off into a nice, soft sleep only to be awaken 30 minutes later by some kids playing nearby.
yeah, it's a rough life there in the LA basin. rough.
don't worry, you have plenty of time. that cmkx case isn't going anywhere. you have plenty of time, besides, having a case like that provides job security. you can always tell the boys back in D.C. your working hard and that it's a very complicated case.

six years and still nothing.
nothing.
the SEC and FBI are doing nothing. have done nothing.
LESLIE HAKALA has accomplished,,,, what?
oh, excuse me, i forgot. they brought a suit against URBAN several years ago which URBAN promptly ignored. that's right, URBAN told the SEC and courts to stick it where the sun don't shine! LOL
can you believe it? the SEC investigates the man for years then FINALLY acts like they are going to put a "MAJOR HURT" on the guy and what does he do? well, he laughs and tells the SEC to shove it. and what does the SEC do? it says, "yes sir."

over a year since URBAN told the courts to "shove it" and still no response from the legal system.
URBAN is charged with doing the CRIME and yet the SEC is unwilling to make him do the TIME.
maybe LESLIE is too happy on the beach to be worried about chasing a guy in a casino in saskatoon?

Settle all the trades and eliminate all failure to delivers from the system. If a trade cannot settle then it is reversed with all funds returned including commission and interest to buyer. Think of the money presently sitting offshore untaxed that would return to our country and stimulate our economy. No shorting allowed unless stock has been borrowed in advance and the owner has been compensated for the borrow. The world is watching as it is not just U.S. investors that have lost confidence in our markets but investors around the world. Alan S. Cameron

A: A company does not need to file reports with the SEC unless 1) the company makes a public offering of its stock or other securities or 2) has 500 or more shareholders and $10 million in assets. However, private companies that are not required to file reports with the SEC may still be subject to its jurisdiction under certain anti-fraud provisions of the securities laws.
