Urban Casavant : "If the Commission deems it in our stockholders best interest to forbid us from providing information through filings with the Commission, we will comply."
Robert A. Maheu : " I feel here that we have a partnership of sorts, I mean the government and we have a partnership to save these stockholders, and I will do my best to do that."
CMKM did not file because they're NOT allowed to file with worst information that will be publicly disclosed and that will severely damage the market integrity. They chose NOT to file.

Jump to msg. # shara, that's a weak point too. if SHORE wanted to boost their share price they would have been far better off, and money ahead, to simply go into the market and buy back their own shares. there aren't that many shares out for SHORE. i think they could have bought up a third of the OS for $2m to $5m, or something like that. (i didn't bother checking the numbers).
to spend all that money in locking up those "Project Surround" claims was stupid if what they were really hoping to do was boost the stock's price.

scottbro2 DIAMOND MINER Re: CMKX Board of Directors « Reply #2 Today at 4:36pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have asked repeatedly for the board members names. They all have requested to the company that they remain disguised from the shareholders. Mark said on one of his chats that he doesn't know who they are even though they nominated him to the CEO position. I personally believe that Mark is lying to us and that the "group" is one of two things: 1. The TOGI group including Steven Brewer who dumped shares for urban or 2. Urban casavant and casavant family. Mark Faulk refuses to answer the question. Scottbro2

The SEC confirmed that the 622 billion unregistered shares are part of the total of 703 billion issued and outstanding.
Would that not be a positive fact ? That means the legit shares out there is only 81 billion
But wait we still have NSS shares which are still unacounted for which Bill will be presenting in the near future.
So we infact have a problem because Bill claims there are Billions of NSS shares, or shares that have not been disclosed to the public. So what is the true count ?
You see the problem is that MM's have allowed for 622 billion of unregisted shares to get into the mix. The SEC has failed to catch Billions

No. It's a problem for Urbie. It's irrelevant to you. Now all the shares are unregistered, because the company's registration was revoked.
But wait we still have NSS shares which are still unacounted for which Bill will be presenting in the near future.
Frizzy stopped saying there were "billions" of NSS a long time ago. In reality, the fails to deliver were negligible. NSS is not, and will never be, an issue.
You see the problem is that MM's have allowed for 622 billion of unregisted shares to get into the mix.
No one here but you "sees" anything of the kind. MMs have no way of knowing whether stock has been registered or not. Once again, the only people who have a problem here are Urbie, Edwards, the TA, and various other insiders
