Corporate Updates April 8, 2010 « Thread Started Today at 8:54am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Corporate Updates www.cmkmdiamondsinc.com/corp_index.htmlApril 8, 2010 CMKM Diamonds, Inc. Update The Company is happy to announce that our new transfer agency is online and ready for shareholders to begin initiating their account setup requests. The new transfer agent is Transfer Online and can be found at www.transferonline.com/ Shareholders will now be able to monitor their holdings and make address changes directly online without having to call the transfer agent. In order to start using this service, shareholders will need to read and follow the steps outlined in the following letter(link) from Transfer Online to get your personal account setup. Since there will obviously be a very large influx of shareholders trying to get their accounts started at once it may take a few days to get everyone taken care of. Please do not call or email the Transfer Agent for help until you have followed all of the steps and given them sufficient time to respond. Thank you for your patience during this transition. Very Sincerely, Kevin M. West CEO & President

I've had my cert. I have no transfers to make. I have no address change to make. Why would I need to set up an account?(If no payment of course) Tyler needs to issue a FAQ.

Is this some sort of bad Joke?! I've been trying to pull up this site since 10:50 this morning with no luck. I enter the address and my computer freezes up. What's the deal here. I keep getting the message below. Later, Catdaddy
The webpage cannot be found HTTP 400 Most likely causes: •There might be a typing error in the address. •If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date. What you can try: Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page. Go to and look for the information you want. More information

Okay,
I just called Transfer Online's number in Portland...spoke with two very nice ladies. One said that there have been dozens of calls from CMKX folks (gee, I wonder why).
Lady number two said that their techs are working on their site and that the site should be a bit more receptive and friendly, hopefully this afternoon. I managed to get on the "Sign Up Page" filled out the info as requested, pressed enter and nothing happened.
Lady number two asked that we please be patient. I explained that we had been patient for over six years and that a few more hours shouldn't be a problem, but please get your techs to hurry because thousands of us are about to pull our hair out right about now. At least she had a good sense of humor. I'll try to keep you posted. I've got to leave the computer until about 2:30 EDT so I'll check back in then. Later,
Catdaddy ps: You may want to try to pull up this site:

You'll be able to monitor your holdings, make changes, etc. VERY IMPORTANT !!!

Hello all.
I went to the website and filled out the join info. I had to wait awhile for that as it is extreamly slow. I have been trying to get to the log in portion for awhile now with no luck. If I get through I'll fill you all in.
Thanks,
CH-47 man

Hello all.
Well I finished registering with the new TA. Once you get your Log in and password it was pretty straight forward, even for a un tech savy person such as myself. I hope this is a good sign of great things to come.
Thanks all,
CH47 man.

T'Bum I ended up registering with account info. I gave them my Cert# and current address (give address you had when you got cert, too, IMO, if you've moved and haven't updated that info.) I'm assuming they can find your cert info and activate your account that way, since this is an option to register. It takes up to 48 hours, they say.
