Trading again:
Yes it can happen if you look at this logically.
Sadly people have been conditioned by liars to think a packet in the mail is coming. First of all that is not gonna happen and anyone that thinks it will has no clue.
The best way we will ever get a break even and return is trading again.
First of all all the company has to get value, whether that is thru asset recovery of some sort value is value plain and simple.
Next once the value is in place 2 years of audited financials d**n a drunk monkey can do this part. Maybe even tramp.
Next apply and re-register to trade again. Now some would say no way will it trade under CMKM I say why not? Prove they cannot and I will listen but they cannot prove it.
Once they get approved if anyone ever listened to what I found out when I went to Tyler I was told let the market deal with the FTD'S. Whether that can happen or not is just a discussion.
But why can't this company open up with the 703 billion O/S at .00001 I know you are laughing but here is the situation. The brokers have nothing to trade and there will be shareholders wanting to trade thier stock. Supply and demand. Granted most will be gone once they break even and many will ride this out to make money. But this stock can move into .001 - .005 just on supply and demand. Don't forget there are FTD'S regardless of what some say the amount they are there.
A reverse split has to happen wake up and smell the coffee. The company cannot operate the way it is now but as a legal play it sure can.
So what lets think about this r/s for second.
Say you are lucky enough to get your inital investment back and you leave some on the table.
Lets use 10 million left on the table after breaking even.
200/1 r/s leaves you with 50,000 shares. What if at that point the pps on this based on valuation is .20 that is $10,000.00.
It can happen will it happen who the f**k knows. But I do know one thing no packets are coming and the only people telling you money is coming is not the company.
The true traders know how to make money most of the people in CMKMLand never bought any other stock in their life. Most do not even know what "exit strategy" means.
If this company is lucky enough to trade again you better be prepared.

chrisl, the only reason UC never did a R/S was because of the NSS. Why help out the shorts, and why would the SEC even allow us to trade again with 703B shares when they know valuation could reek havoc on everyone who ever made a market in CMKX. There has to be an agreement with the shorts & the company before they will ever trade again, I don't see the SEC letting it happen. The shorts must be taken care of, why take it out on the shareholders with a R/S for the crimes of the shorts? Talk about a revolt!

golfer I agree with you to a point but if there was some sort of agreement like you think that would open the floodgates of lawsuits by companies that were put out of business by the corruption in the market wouldn't you agree?
I believe this has to be handled on the open market to give investors the allusion that there is no FTD on CMKX and nobody would be wiser would they? Except shareholders of course.
The company imo has strategically put themselves in various positions to protect the shareholders.

chrisl, the SEC/DTCC knows exactly how many FTD's are on our stock. They would be as crazy as a sheet-house-rat to let this out on the open market. All ***** would hit the fan and they know it. They have a lot to lose if they try. KW & Frizz are nuts also if their even thinking of a R/S imo.

golfer I understand but you cannot have a seperate settlement due to what about every other company that has been manipulated into the ground? Do you see my point?
I truly believe this company can trade multiple ways that will benefit and provide a potential ROI on this stock. People have been conditioned to believe they are entitled to make $1 million on a $100.00 investment let be a little realistic here.
A r/s is a necessity at some point imo and I have stated that for years now.
And btw you are correct Urban did not R/S this company but I don't honestly believe he had shareholders interest at heart either.

chrisl, There is no other option than to have a settlement if we indeed have the goods. Forget the other companies who were shorted in the ground, lol, and I did participate in some of those, but, did they truly have any valuation to begin with?, or were they running off of fluff PR's to bring in capitol (the majority).
A R/S before taking care of the shorts will only assist the crooks, is this what you want? and Tyler too? What about fixing the corruption? What's to say 703B shares trading in the open market won't get manipulated into the ground once again? Why cast our pearls before swine (our valuation) when the slime are against us and the market is crooked? Original concerns of UC's.

That is where you and I differ golfer. I want a decent return and if I get something more great. I did not purchase this stock thinking I would become a multi-millionaire did you?
And no I do not want the crooks to get off the hook but I look at things in a realistic way.
30,000,000 shares at .0001 = $3,000.00
200/1 R/S on 30,000,000 shares = 150,000 shares
150,000 at .02 = $3,000.00
How is that letting the crooks off the hook?
Now this equation is only based on if the company is lucky enough to trade and only if the company felt to they needed to do a r/s thats all.
Now what if they did have to do this and the valuation is good and the stock did open up after a r/s at .10?
Now your $3,000.00 investment just became $15,000.00 that to me is a great return on your investment.
Emotions when buying and selling stock is the worst thing someone can have.
