going thru old press releases yesterday, i came across Frizzell's
employment agreement......
his contract ended after the May 2005 hearing....... after that he was pro bono...... he's an opportunist....he thought he saw big $$$$$$$$ form NSS for his wealthy group....... so sad for Tyler....i wish them well on their own....separate and apart from CMKXERS....remember TYLER, you separated yourselves......thinking your UNREGISTERED shares had a vote, had a right to sue for insider damages....they don't cause everyone holds unregistered shares..... they are worth damages from the system that's all.
URBAN holds the trust, not frizzell, not Stoecklien...SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE...Tyler has no control....empty shell, no shareholders, no money trust....so why are they a going concern? i think they are not a real business at all....they have NOTHING, not even a business model...but they have a BOD do those guys on that BOD have the required insurance? i bet not.

weekendalias2, i was just thinking about your post. let's say the original company wrapped up and all the bona fides were certed. keep in mind the company met all legal obligations to notify the stockholders, placing an ad, pr's etc. so once the cert pull was completed (yes, some could not get certs), the company converts out to tyler (land of rico as i like to call it ;-) ) and they then pr the unregistered site or whatever it was called. tyler talks about 40,000 shareholders, forensic teams, trimbath, etc.
ok, here's my point. if 40,000 people could not get certs, you would think there would be screaming everywhere...but all we see is a bunch of very negative peeps on boards pounding on the company day in and day out for weeks on end.
question. do you think that maybe the 622 unregisturd, none certed shares are the bad guys? in other words, they tried to submit bulk certs for the "FAKE" names they created, but tyler stopped it (do you remember KW posting that in a Q & A?)
So the reason the losers are still on this board crying scam, is that they are holding 622 billion "FAKE" transparencies and are porked.
Meanwhile, the bona fides get the distribution from etgmf and move on into the future while the forensics have a field day.
