Big boys with $$$ do like Cramer does...They buy a huge amount of shares then sell huge+ amount of shares and they do that everyday since the stock market started...let's say they bought 10M shares of LEH yesterday so the pps went up crazily due to some f'n genius's demand/supply theory, today they sell 20M shares so the stock gets killed...then they buy back 10M shares to clear out the short positions...there's nothing wrong with this....However, this does not work with CMKX because it started with non-real shares,,,

Right now, all we have is the Tyler Crew and what they are saying is contrary to our hope. Sting or Scam. I think Sting. But, I won't put my Property Title on that bet. Why the 300B share increase in OS? I don't believe dumping, because I'm sure the SEC was involved. I think $0.005/sh is for us and maybe a dime more. Who knows. Since we apparently don't have any rights through out CEO and board members that were elected without our approval, then it is clear that we have naked faudulent certed shares that were sold to us with the backing of the US government. I believe we have rights against our government for fraud against the American people. I am contacting my attorney on what to do with fraudulent shares that were issued with the knowlege of the SEC. Any thoughts?

Okay... remember what wodan said a long time ago...he said it was like 40 companies and not just cmkx... well, imo, all this activity derives from the payment of NSS for the other 39 companies...if there were 40....maybe wodan or mano said 38.. I don't remember the exact number.
I guess it wasn't until the second part of the Grandfather clause was repealed that anybody was going to get paid.
The second part being the market maker exemption from NSS closeout on the underlying stock of their option.
You saw the news yesterday....elimination of MM exemption to close out rules... that was the other half of the evil grandfather clause. The grandfather clause was ( i ) and ( ii )... well, now they're both gone.. well, the exemption will be eliminated FIVE days after publication in the Federal Register.
Last year, it took the lame SEC two months to publish the elimination of the grandfather clause but left in the exemption for the MM's & their options.
Hope it doesn't take two months to publish the elimination of the MM exemption to the grandfather clause.

6. All blame for the past NSing of CMKX has been blamed on Edwards, NevWest and Urban alleviating any blame placed on the SEC.
SO? WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR? Is there money already collected and in trust or NOT? IF so, what is the holdup? It seems to me that IF we were/are part of a sting then the above list had to have been the objective IMO. WELL MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Where is our reward D,ammit!

"Any thoughts" you ask...I would recommend that you have a boat load of money to get a law firm to go after this...I've already talked to three firms and they basically said good luck and have a nice day.
