I'm the only one who has access to my bank account so I know exactly what is going on with it, however owning a stock these days seems to be similar to playing poker. Even if you understand all the rules, you can still lose because there are individuals who have extra cards up their sleeve.
Its unbelievable banks were involved in assisting with the CMKX scam and yet there is no government protection and the bail out package goes to the crooks that defrauded us. Yet when you hold money in your personal bank account, the government will guarantee a safe haven up to $100,000
It boggles the mind don't you agree ?

There has been speculation for a long time that there was a big Act being played out for Joe public to see. A so called cover story. Now if this is the case i have to assume all the lawsuits etc are also part of this. To me it makes 0 sense we get payed before all of these are handled, closed and sealed. You cant have it both ways. Either it all plays out and we get payed or we dont. It is highly unlikely to see anything coming before this entire theater act is complete IMHO.
Dont get me wrong i wanted to get payed years ago and somehow i always expect to be rich tomorrow but this is just logic thinking.

Shares are being canceled through the courts in my opinion, people that received shares in a unconventional manor ie. (not through a broker) or on the open market will have to prove, who, what, where, when and why!
This is one reason for the delays I'm sure.

ATT:CMKM SHAREHOLDERS
As I sit here in my office looking out at the big soft snowflakes coming down my thoughts are NOT with O/S or drilling or anything to do with mining. My thoughts are with those people who have called me over the last ten months and wounder to myself if they truly beleve how big a difference they have made in my life. I can sit here all day and write things but I'm not very good at expressing my true feelings.
Over the last ten months I have met some very very wounderfull and kind people from all over the world, and hopfully become somone that they can chat with freind to freind. The list is to long to mention all of them but they all know who they are.
I'm not going to ramble on and on but i want all of you on this board to relilize what each and every one one of you mean to me. one word """" FREIND"""
In closing on behalf of both CMKM, myself and my family I wish each and every one of you a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND PEACE ON EARTH. You have made me very proud to beable to call all of you a freind.
God Bless Melvin

BHollenegg:
Bob, first off, I have great respect for you, your past accomplishments, and your tenacious good-will to provide us (the shareholder base) with information and positivity.
Thank you.
I'm familiar with your posts, not all of them, as I don't have access to many boards (I deleted my accounts as it became quite clear that "mod(s)" were providing confidential and personal information to certain people in the South). I understand that you were/are in contact with a "professional" who has explained that funds are with the DTC to be distributed. If such unfoldment of information regarding these funds is not forthcoming by the end of this month, that you will follow-up on your information with this source.
Again, thank you.
At this point, I'd like to mention that if the DTC has our funds and it is up to them to distribute them; I am of the opinion that I trust the DTC, even less than our government, to release such funds. There is not one brain cell in my head nor even a fraction of faith in my heart/soul/spirit that such an evil entity would ever do anything that was "right" by the people who have been emotionally and mentally pummeled by five years of lies, abuse, and humiliation. In fact, I can visualize such people laughing their balls off at the idea that they have money to be distributed and knowing that they never will release it; but getting a kick out of torturing the shareholders as long as they can.
While I am no stranger to government work, nor my family members; and I do understand that some of the most hard-working and brilliantly honest and wonderful people in the world work for the U.S. Government; I understand that these people make up only a very small percentage of government workers (unfortunately). I have about as much faith in the U.S. Gov right now as I do the man's whose visage appears on the moon, to help us. A sad reality, and I am not proud that I feel this sentiment toward our government. I wish I had more respect for them, but unfortunately they have proven and earned the greatest amount of dishonor and disrespect from me and everyone I know, sadly.
I ask you, please, in your follow-up conversations with your "professional" contact, to get some assurance that if such funds are available (for distribution), to get some idea as to who we can actually trust to see that such funds are distributed.
On the surface (God help us), it seems as if we are only represented by a group from Texas, who, sadly, I have less faith in than the DTC and our government combined. If you can possibly qualify that there is someone still alive, involved in this nightmare, that we can TRUST, it would be most greatly appreciated.
Thanks again.

Rosencrantz and Jlecks,
I understand how you feel with all the misinformation floating around. I posted what I was told. If I had any doubts, I would not have posted the info.
I did receive some info which may explain why the DTCC has the funds. There was a “Offer Mutual Fund Tender” made with CMKX. The DTCC handles this type of offers. This is an excerpt of the details...
CUSIP 125809103
Offer MUTUAL FUND TENDER . .Offer Details
Odd Lot Over Subscribe
Minimum Bid Maximum Bid
Increments Multiplier Factor 9
I am not sure what this means....still working on it. Hopefully, we will be informed as to what to expect. This is gone on too long for the legal shareholders.
Thank you, BHollenegg
