trade again, first, and then tender. tyler should be able to do that. obtain a portion of the assets, complete the financials, file the necessary documents with their friend, the SEC, and then return to trading.

frizzell said years ago cmkx would return to trading.
(that's one scenario.)

the financials should be easy to assemble after this long, and assets could be returned IF the struggle with entourage gets resolved.
tyler has put together a temp CEO and advisory board of directors in preparation for the real CEO and BOD when the time comes, that is, when cmkx gets ready to trade again.

Lots of exposure and time to make money off-balance sheet like Oaks alluded to tho he didn't mention Citi directly I don't believe. I think this 'quiet settlement' got out of control when someone saw a turd in the pool and caused a stampede. I think the extent of ex-clearing settlement in the whole system was unrealized outside of the SEC/DTCC and when markers/IOU's started coming due via CDS's and CDO's, it became everyman for himself. I think the DTCC is trying the back door approach to quietly cover the trades they already settled. FED monies, trillions, were pumped into the system with no apparent effect. They had to have covered something... I think PROMIS+ software via Mahue and team accelerated the system-wide collusion exposure and CitiGroup was one of the biggest abusers, not just of stocks and derivatives, but of money laundering, drug monies, gun running, and hedge fund borrowing and laundering. Their history seems rife with these tasty items. All this time unwinding gives the KLOWNS time to hide assets, get their 'get out of jail free' cards, and hide the real old-world ties and current power brokers ties to this mess. Looks like the wormhole is still in place over Humble...clear your 'eye' for us. Hope you and your mom are doing well tonite. dusty's questions are hard hitting but they are fair. the evidence about where we stand is indisputable. our investment is worth zero. tyler is telling us all that there is nothing for us other than what they can put together and we have been left for dead by urban through his silence.
the only thing any cmkx investor has right now is FAITH in something, what exactly it might be is unclear. i know there are those among us that talk to urban and he is telling those posters that everything is going to be just great, but i worry that those posters are being hoodwinked the same way kevin now describes how he was fooled for all those years by urban. remember when kevin told us in writing that urban was a godly man that cared only for the shareholders. then, a couple of years later kevin said he had been fooled and that urban had repeatedly lied directly to kevin right before tyler eventually came out hard against urban.
right now any sane person has to conclude our dream of cmkx riches is nothing more than a nightmare. and even if it does eventually go our way we still have been treated like shiiit by urban for trapping our investment dollars for what will soon be half a decade. and what is particularly bothersome is that urban does have millions, is living comfortable and is managing to enjoy his casinos in saskatoon. it reminds me of the AIG situation where US taxpayers bailed out the company and its management and then those managers turned around and spent taxpayer dollars on vacation trips to various resorts! well, we funded urban and cmkx. he's enjoying life while the rest of us are left penniless and in the dark for years.
it ain't right. hopefully, someone will eventually pay.

Ravenpeach... what exactlyhas Urban done for us shareholders that is 'great'?
My CMKX/CIM investment is worth zero right now and so is yours. Our stock was revoked so there is no chance of us recovering our lost money. Our current CEO says Urban scammed us and all the speculation that we are going to get paid from some secret trust is total bullcrap.
So, again, what has Urban done for us that is great?

Let's dumb this down just a weebit.
CMKX was revoked. The facts clearly show that Urban and his band of gypsy thieves robbed this company blind. They pumped mineral rights they never earned and used those rights as bait to sell hundreds of billions of shares.
That simple fact is not disputable. Hundreds of billions of shares were sold. Can't argue that. Milliosn of dollars were raised. Can't argue that either. Urban retreated to Canada leaving $588 in the bank. Another undisputable fact.
Everybody, Fualk included, who have come along since Urban left have all said the same thing. Urban stole from the shareholders and enriched himself along with his family and friends at your expense.
Yet, here you are, pretending as if that cert you hold is valuable....LMAO!!!!!
Urban lied to you, that has been shown to you over and over. CMKX was revoked it can never trade again. The current CMKX has nothing to offer you. All they have done is sue people which costs money. Lots of money. They have recovered nothing and they never will.
It's been years and aside from lawsuits filed what has CMKX done?
But hey, if it makes you feel better about your bonehead purchase of CMKX then by all means continue on with your fantasy.

Why do you get so defensive when I proved you were wrong in your post?I never went to any races.I don't back Urban 100%.I don't have a ton of money sunk into this.I always thought if it was real you didn't need alot.I do have more than a couple hundred bucks though.I do spend alot of time digging for the real truth.And I do believe it will trade again.I do believe Patrick Byrne 100%.I do believe there is a naked short.I have talked to Texas on the phone and did call Usca a few times when they were pumping.The truth lies somewhere in the middle.And there are bashers on this board that are paid.Imho
