stone, what assets are the boys in TYLER getting? how are they benefiting?
is it the edwards assets that others are saying they will never see? is it,,,, what? i don't get it. if there is nothing there then the TYLER schmucks are stupid farm boys that fell off the turnip trucks coming into town and then created a trap of their own making because there is nothing there,,, right? isn't that what you are saying?
or is there something there that the TYLER boys are going after? which is it?

monetary: Tyler is attempting to get their hands on ANYTHING that Edwards has, and it is to pay their bills, salaries, loans, etc.
I don't see what the "puzzle" is...
Frizzell is working for a CONTINGENCY FEE...which means AT LEAST 40% of any recovered money or assets.
What's the mystery here?? They recovered even $3-million that Edwards made selling shares and Frizzell is an instant millionaire.
West gets paid his $10,000 per month for every month he was the token CEO!
Faulk gets paid!
The BOD gets paid!
The people that loaned Frizzell money get paid, PLUS interest!!
What is the "puzzle" here?? They saw an opportunity to make money for themselves through lawsuits and they took it. End of story.
