Jump to msg. # klon, you've put your faith into a small group of people. if one of those individuals were my brother or sister and they told me the story you were told then i would believe it. but you were told a story by whom? a relative? someone you grew up with? or someone that was kind and friendly and took you in to the fold and told you what you, like all the rest of us, wanted to hear. this is a tough spot. i don't want you to even respond to this post or to anyone else that jumps on it. all i want you to do is think about it and analyze it. ask yourself, what did i hear and who did i it hear it from? i don't know maverick, for example, but he has clearly told a lot of people things that people want to hear. if you go back into his very early postings you will find that he was as clueless about what was happening as anyone else. he clearly didn't know. now, for whatever reason or however it happened all of a sudden he became a guru to posters. under the circumstances everyone was/is looking for hope, someone that will show them a way out of this very bad investment situation we all find ourselves stuck in. along comes mav and he offers hope. if you read through his thousands of posts with a critical eye i think you will see that his clues leave a lot to be desired. in other words, there is no real clear information. in fact, most of it consists of assertions (which any of us can make), military references to various battles and flying formations and thousands of youtube videos. as much as i hung on every word of his posts i eventually began to ask myself, why doesn't this guy just spit it out, one way or the other? mav is not alone, by the way. there are several other posters that simply talk in riddles in order to hide - or maybe to protect themselves from civil suit or worse - when the time comes that this doesn't turn out the way they were and are promising. klon, think about it. i know you talked with kevin years ago and he promised you that urban was a godly man and working for us. but that was before kevin turned against urban etc. now, your source appears to be maverick and his small click of "insiders." that's fine, but be sure you are not being used by these guys, or these guys aren't under the influence of group think. (come the end of it and they look at each other and say, "gee, i didn't know! how could this have happened?") a lot of people read your posts believing you have a special insight into what is going on because you've talked to someone special. the danger you face is that of being used by certain individuals that hope you will say exactly what you are currently saying. (that is always in the back of my mind as i read each of your posts. i wonder if you are being used by these other guys that are trying to now cover their tracks as the end draws near,,, and it will end once 2010 arrives, as it will. at that point, your sources are going to be screwed one way or the other if this isn't resolved. the big hounds they don't know about are baying and they will be released at that point. lol) so, just think about it. no need to reply. we all want to win, and logic tells me urban has to have done the smart thing, as any smart businessman would have done under the circumstances - i know i would. but,,,, knowing that, ask yourself, who told you what and why are they providing you with their information? what is in it for them? again, ask yourself, who is feeding me this information and why are they giving me this particular information at this time? to put this into perspective, realize what the pirates off the coast of mogadishu, somalia are willing to risk for a few hundred dollars. |

When i talked with Stockleins office« Thread Started Today at 7:14pm » today they said they did not have the cert. said they got a court order about 2 months ago to turn it over to Frizzell, and Frizzell says they have not sold it.  THEY ARE NOT!!

More than 50% of Madoff's investors were other funds, brokerages and charities. All funds, brokerages and charities do extreme due diligence, especially at the level they were investing in Madoff. At the level they were investing in Madoff, the due diligence would have gone in front of a panel at the highest levels of the firm. It would have been subjected to forensic accountants and acid tests of all sorts. Madoff says he was running a ponzi scheme. Ponzi Schemes are designed to defraud the uninitiated, the naive, the greedy and the stupid The probability that he would have defrauded one of these due diligence panels is extremely remote. There is zero possibility that he would have defrauded all of them. By declaring himself a fraud and pleading guilty, Madoff's victims automatically become eligible for compensation from the US Gov't. By declaring himself a fraud and pleading guilty, There is no need to prove the fraud was a ponzi scheme. Hence, no discovery... Case Closed, let's move on. (apparently) a special commission has already been set up to deal with compensating the defrauded. This is where the guy goes anti-Semitic and lays out a scenario whereby his victims will actually receive more compensation than they invested. What a great con, though. As we know here, the music that has fueled the merry go round of hedge funds is naked shorting. Supposedly, naked shorting ended, today. Madoff presumably had a lot of outstanding liabilities that would have needed to have been covered. As we all know, the elephant in the room here is that the real fraud was the NSS. So, he closes up shop and declares himself a felon a week before the reaper comes knocking and no one else on god's green earth had an inkling that he had scammed them all. Everyone gets compensated and life goes on. Just as we have been saying since Tyler reared its ugly head, NSS gets swept under the rug. Unfortunately, I suspect we will wait until the Madoff victims get paid and we'll all get paid, together.Buckle up folks, unless I am mistaken, we are in for a wait, yet. How long, I do not know. But the good news is, Madoff has convinced me once again, we will get paid. BC _ Stoecklein was the Mahue-Sting Trustee. It has been confirmed that Stoecklein no longer has the ETGMF Certificate.
What happened to the Maheu-Sting money?
