Kotz received another earful/message box full today and I will continue to turn screws until the good people involved in this endeavor are made good.

I have reached out to our CEO, Frizzell, Judy Cline, Dave Patch, and a few other well respected longs as of late and have received nada~ I quite frankly do not have a handle on who is working in conjunction with our efforts and who is not.
I will tell you this; David Kotz is a good man who is more than willing to help with our cause as evidenced by him carving out 30 minutes of his day to go-over a myriad of issues. He has many, many, questions re: our hearing and our story a la Eric Swanson.
I phoned our CEO's cell and gave him a courtesy heads-up that Kotz will be calling him. No return call. I am going to provide Kotz a word version of the Naked Truth that was forwarded to me prior to release for his review. Frizzell has talked a good game about Roger Glenn, Jefferies, Urban, and other self-clearing brokerages for years. Has he ever spoken to Kotz about these concerns and the treatment he received from Murray, Hakala, and Pacific Director? No. Why not?? I and soon you will find out.

Goldak Airborne Surveys of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada has been contracted, on behalf of CMKM Diamonds, Inc., to perform an airborne gradient survey of approximately 53,000 line kilometers. The survey encompasses the central Fort a la Corne kimberlite cluster and covers the surrounding mineral claims owned by the Company. All required payments, with respect to the contract, have been met and the operation is proceeding, unimpeded. The Goldak Tri-Maxial gradiometer system is able to sharply define and reject cultural anomalies. This type of survey also has the ability to detect non-magnetic kimberlites, and it is believed that some non-magnetic kimberlites may exist in the area. The survey operations, started in early April, and now at the end of May, are over 90% complete. The aerial survey is expected to be finished, flying within the next week and then final data processing will begin. When the data processing is complete, the data will be delivered to the Company geologist for interpretation and selection for follow-up ground surveys to determine drill targets.

did cmkx pay the goldak bill or was it another magnetic survey company they stiffed? i remember reading about cmkx having the survey work done and then after the work was completed refusing to pay. my question is, was it the goldak firm they didn't pay or was it someone else?

why bother doing the survey? what a waste of money and time if all you're going to do is pay the bill ($250k?) and throw the results in the trash.
the least urban could have done was to give the results to the three companies he was working with at the time - pine, shane and united carina - and tell them he wasn't going to do anything with the claims he had staked out (or the magnetic survey results) and they were more than welcomed to simply have the stuff because he was too busy drilling the dimwits at the American race tracks.
as it turns out, it almost looks like it turned out that way. those three companies, plus shore, now control everything in the FALC. wow, imagine that, the three companies urban was rubbing shoulders with end up with most of the FALC, along with shore. and what is really funny is shore ends up with about 80 percent of urban's old claims. weird, huh.
i guess things turn out the way they were meant to turn out. urban got his cash from the race fans, and the canadian mining companies that were doing all the work in the FALC back in 2000 to 2004 ended up with all the claims. if urban had only realized that if he'd only looked at those magnetic survey results from goldak he would have seen the value that pine, united carina, shane and shore obviously saw in those results.

glenn went to saskatoon to meet with officials from pine, united carina and shane. glenn flys up there around july, 2004. this was that famous fishing party at hatchet lake that sterling attended.
looking at the maps you have to wonder if officials from shore weren't also at the gathering. i forget where de beers was at the time. i'm not sure if they were still in the falc or if they had bolted by then. can't remember.
so, urban has the goldak survey results, has glenn on his arm, meets with his partners at a fishing camp and they talk about,,,,,, what? beer? fish? who caught the biggest trout? the upcoming canadian football season? whether or not the saskatchewan roughriders would win the 2004 Grey Cup? or did they talk about something more? and was shore at the meeting? not necessarily, but looking at the latest map it sure looks that way. shane, pine, united carina and shore,,, they've got it all now. there are a couple of other small players, like entourage, but most of the others in the falc have small holdings.
or, are we to believe urban brought them all together to drop the bombshell? could be. and the bombshell was?
