Pedro and I have plans

I have been discussing some legal opportunities against CMKM with pedro.

The last financial position of the company filed in 2005 stating the company is insolvent.

We have decided to consider shutting the company down and we have the legal right as shareholders to do this.

We will not be asking for financial assistance since the company will be handling the receivership costs (By Law).

pedro and I are past the cheap updates. We have been discussing this for awhile. This is one of the reasons both of us left the board.

The law is on our side here already did the research. The cost would be incurred by the company already did the research.

Next is moving forward to end this once and for all.

Appears a new chapter in the CMKX saga now begins. Something I'll be following with interest. Not so sure the Tyler boys are villains they are cracked up to be, but I ever said I'm the brightest bulb on the board.

At least this worn-out old retired corrections officer was here writing the word, SMOKE SCREEN, during the silly cert pull when everyone was once upon a time ago jumping up and down about it.

Keep in mind that should shutting down the company be successful, a certain Canadian and some cronies will consider that a good day.

Me? I can no longer see where business as usual is getting us anywhere. With all the time that has passed?

Plenty of contacts have been made with the alphabet soup that still hasn't made any arrests. Think Madoff.

Personally;
I do not think receiver ship is a good idea. That places the business in the hands of a federal trustee. What has the feds done for us so far?

Even though it's taking more time than we want, Bill, Keven and Mark have gotten us a default judgment against Edwards, soon Urban. That is huge! At least we have legal way to collect something now.

The end problem has always been the same. Collecting any money at all.

The better move, would be for CMKX to get the Entourage shares given to the shareholders listed on the cert pull. Both companies need to pay for that. OR, sell and send us each a check for our pro ratio share.
That's my 2 cents worth for my 300,000,000 shares worth.

rose, look at a mineral claim map of Canada. There are claims all over the place. UC had absolutely nothing to do with shore staking the claims they did except allowing the claims to lapse. You could have staked the claims if you wanted to.

shara, exactly! i could have staked those claims once urbie or entourage let them lapse!

and so could have any of the other mining/exploration companies in the FALC or anywhere else for that matter tried to acquire those lapsed, worthless-moose-pasture claims,,,, but they didn't.

only SHORE GOLD did, and shore got them all.

like you say, everyone had an equal chance of getting those claims.

rosencrantz That is just BS you can not provide liquidity to a market by selling more than the OS in a stock. That is simply deluding a stock by short selling. Which the brokers did to some stocks.

Mincing words by saying there was no sell order when the brokers sold into a buy order, then saying that is not short selling is devoid of the fact that money changed hands. You wish to call this FTD.
Someone got the money from the sale and the buyer got what he thought was shares.
BY definition A naked short sale. Or a naked short buy.
But what is the difference, if there is a buy there must be a sale.
Whoever got the money from the buyer of shares,
sold short shares that were naked! And committed fraud.
They sold stock they did not own, nor borrowed, and took money in return. That is fraud. By whatever you wish to call it.

You might say the it was not shares of stock that were sold.
That is true, but the buyer thought it was. That is fraud

The way the broker completes orders is to go to the market and for the best price make the trade. But of course that may mean the price could go up.

Brokers or MMs selling shares they do not have then figuring that sometime down the road they could fix things is not only wishful thinking, It is fraud, and market manipulation, by depressing the PPS thinking it can be fixed at a lower price at a later time is a crime in itself.

Naked short selling is fraud.
Failing to deliver for, in some cases years, is fraud.
See it does not matter what you call it, it is fraud.

I can not see how it can be seen any other way.

1forall, that is exactly how market makers help to "create" a market. sometimes they buy and sell stocks they don't have in order to help the market come alive in that stock.

the brokers were taking the orders and they were all buys. they were "just" helping their customers. lol

jesus, man, you are hung up on this naked shorting idea. NO ONE was naked shorting CMKX.

who would do it and why? de beers? newmont? who? who was calling in to the brokers saying, "SELL 10 BILLION shares of CMKX!" do you think anyone was doing that? and they would do that,,, why? in the hopes that the stock would go lower so they could make a profit? LOL come on. the stock was selling for .0001/.0002. where was the profit in selling short?

all the brokers were doing is making marks on the ledger as people sent in their buy orders.

no one was selling.

get past the fraud stuff. it's getting all messed up in your mind. yes, it's fraud, but there is a difference between nss and what the brokers did. no one was putting in SELL orders on CMKX when they didn't own the stock.

they all knew the crap we would have to taken and for that they all deserve a major shiiitt blowback directed at their face.

and what's even worse, our own company (TYLER), gave us no guidance! our OWN COMPANY pissssed on each of us by giving us no advice about what to do about taxes or even to give us the truth.

and if they say they "told it like is was" i say bullshi*tt. they said one thing in 2005 and 2006 and now they are saying the exact opposite or else nothing at all. in other words, they are not telling the truth.

sportsmand, bhollenegg wasn't going to get anything. once he started dealing with that small-time law office in san diego that's no bigger than the local yahoo lawyer in your small town, you had to know bhollenegg was grasping for anything or trying to deflect attention from his claim. the egg-man may be a good egg but i doubt he can do much. and all those stories about hurting himself, etc are exactly whatever you want to make of them.
