Attorney Al Hodges’s top priority is getting the powers that be to release the funds to the CMKX Shareholders. Attorney Hodges stated in his update that the work needed to complete the release of the funds is a matter of hours once the Economic Receipt (permission) is received by the Trustees. The Economic Receipt should be received by the weeks end was the information Attorney Hodges received before his update to the Shareholders. Should does not mean definite. Attorney Hodges will inform the Shareholders if there are any changes to the thorough update he provided to the Shareholders.
I await the news just like everyone else. Yes, I am a plaintiff, but calling Attorney Hodges is not going to speed up the process required to release the funds. Attorney Hodges and his staff are being sidetracked by calls from several Shareholders and Attorneys of shareholders who are trying to acquire more information. Valuable time and resources are expended each time this happens.
I know this is life changing for most of the Shareholders. Please stay positive and do not let or be part of the negative insinuations, comments, and rumors circulating around the CMKX Forums. These individuals are not connected and are doing a great disservice to the Shareholders. Attorney Hodges will communicate. Thank you.

Bob,
I would have to say 99% are grateful to you and Mr Hodges but a few just seem to want to rock the boat and show disrespect and a lack of gratitude. Please understand the 99% are fully behind you and are trying to calm the waters on your behalf.
Thanks again for doing for the shareholders out of pure kindness, most of us understand you're not doing it because you have to but rather because you care and want to help.

To sum up BobH's post- "Don't call us, we'll call you"  Funny how different people interpret messages in different ways. What I get from Bob's message is that, they are working hard and doing everything they can to have the funds released, let them attempt their tasks without so many interuptions. As I stated in a previous post... the key word regarding week's end was "SHOULD". That Bob has given us everything he can and waits just like the rest of us. And... we will be the first to know when /if it happens. last but least least, ignore the naysayers/bashers. Hold on to hope. SINGLE |

I don't post much. Been in this stock since 2004 have sat back and watched the roller coaster ride ever since. Bought this stock much like I did PCBM. Stuck my thumb up in the wind and said this may be a good one to play. And that is exactly how I approched it. Litttle did I know it colud turn out to be THE PLAY OF A LIFETIME. I did not invest what I could not afford to lose. So for me I am very excited about what has transpired here lately. AH says there is definitly a fund for us to the tune of 3.87 T. and it is just a matter of time before release. If it does not get release then we will rise up and go to plan "B" and do what we can as shareholders to help AH get the release. This is to much $ for us to give up and after all this time we have been fortunate to have somebody like AH to go to bat for us. He has never asked for any money from us as the Tyler boys did. We have 7 generous shareholders who steppped up to the plate on not only thier behalf but for the shareholders also. Now I need the money just as bad as everyone else. I worked in the corporate world and lost my 6 figure salary 3 years ago. I am underwater on my home and trying to Sell it but can't seem to and I am using my retirement to make ends meet. And on the verge of divorce after 24 years. And you know what things happen for a reason. So I stay optimistic . If it takes another year than so be it. The money is there and its ours and we will get it. I am not getting angry or frustrated just staying entertained and enjoying what life brings. Go get it AL!

The question I have is, do they know that there is money to be had in a government account somewhere, or is that speculation? And the other thing I wonder about is why have they not already had this suit made into a class action? I look forward to someone with knowledge and not speculation replying. I am trying not to get to geared up as I really do not know what the answer is.

During the period from November, 2004 through April, 2005, CMKM [Proceeds from the consummation of such sales were placed into a frozen trust for disbursal at a later time. #34....negotiated a settlement with the illegitimate brokers, dealers, market makers, hedge funds, and other persons and entities negotiated a settlement with the illegitimate brokers, dealers, market makers, hedge funds, and other persons and entities #37.... Agents and employees of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice have represented repeatedly that the release of moneys for distribution was imminent #53 B......to proceed in such manner as to hinder, delay, and ultimately prevent the distribution of moneys held for the benefit of Plaintiffs, ........D......in such manner as to hinder, delay, and ultimately prevent the distribution of moneys held for the benefit of Plaintiffs and all similarly situated Al hodges stated in an update to read the law suit & it will tell us exactly what happened to our stock. exception being #35 & #36 where the phrase "Plaintiffs herein are informed and believe". Self-explanatory As for the inclusion of class action/"and on behalf of all others similarly situated", my understanding is that all though mentioned already in the suit & the stage is set, when/if this does in fact go to court, making it a class action must be approved by the judge. This is just my take on things and how I understand it. Hopefully someone can correct me if I have stated anything not correct. Hope this somewhat helps SINGLE |

Go back and read the words of the two (and only two) updates direct from Al Hodges. Then, if you need to, read the Bivens suit again. Granted, it is difficult to understand everything that is there without some background info and perhaps some measure of understanding of the law. Nonetheless, there is enough in each of these to provide the average shareholder with substantive info that warrants, imo, placing trust in Hodges and his action--regardless. From the February 26, 2010 update: "...this effort is not about CMKX alone. Receipt of the Economic Release will impact, one way or another, the entire financial structure of US and international activities. Once you can accept the truth of that statement, I’m sure that you can understand that it is a highly technical, complex and multi-faceted undertaking."pr |

Long time lurker, first time poster... things are definitely getting interesting, who knows what the outcome will be... but one question, which may have been answered already, where else are the official Al Hodges updates besides these boards?? how do we know that this particular one was even from him?

It is IMO that you can rest assured that these updates are in fact coming from the "Hodges Team". Both Al Hodges (alch11) and Dennis Smith (particleswaves) are members here and on other boards. They post the update directly on the board, usually the Millionaire Board. Bhollenegg (one of the plaintiffs) also is a member here and on other boards. I am sure that if an update appears, that was not put out by "the Hodges Team", one of three would alert us via one of the boards. So to answer your question, no.... they are not posted on AH's site. again welcome. Single |
