Thank you for the welcome. I had pretty much forgotten about this stock. I would go out and search CMKX in Google every once and a while just to see what if anything was going on. That was pretty much it for me. However, sometime in the last couple of weeks I had a call from a friend of mine who told me about the Transfer Agent. So I did list my shares with them. I do appreciate all the info that was posted about my previous questions. I am not real sure that they really gave me any information that tells me anything different. And now I have another one for you all. If there is in fact a 1 trillion or 3 trillion or just $750 million dollar amount of money sitting in an account somewhere. Where did it come from? And again, how do we know that it is really there? I have been reading any and all things I can find on a Google search about CMKX, and there are all kinds of different theories. I just am wondering how we would have the money in an account and for sure I wonder where it would have come from?
Thanks again for the info on earlier questions, and I will look forward to hearing from all of you again.

Huh, where did you see that? I guess I missed that somewhere! My CMKX OCD has me re-reading things over and over while we wait, lol.... "2. When is Release – The CMKX distribution funds will be released within a very short time after there is confirmation of Economic Receipt." I just found it interesting, that's all. |

Can someone tell me what an Economic Receipt is? Yes. It is terminology used by the DTCC. Whether they coined the term or not, I'm not sure, but if you do a search for it on their site you will find it used. It is verification that funds are in place, be it account, trust, etc., and available for release. pr |

Can anyone tell me the date the class action will be going to court? Sorry just could not find it. I thought I saw that it is a year after the suit was filed.

Thanks, Hi Super, originally initial scheduling conference, set by the Court was to be held on April 26, 2010 It has been continued by mutual agreement of the parties with consent of the Court to July 26, 2010. Although, Al has set the stage, so to speak, for it to be a "Class Action Suit", it must be approved by the Judge, I believe. Hope this helps Single |
