IT IS REPORTED that main problem is Deli's shares..Attny Hodges and some plaintiffs have bought shares from Deli. One of trustee is not recognizing the shares sold by Deli.Hence the stalemate. Bhollen, could u please comment on that. so far I am concerned I am ok with Deli's shares. If trustee still does'nt want Deli's shares to be paid, we the sh could put aside certain amount for attorney and plaintiffs(on the basis of amt per shares and the nos of shares held by those people). BHOLLEN PLEASE COMMENT. THANKS SPORTSMAN ______________________________________________________ By: bhollenegg 06 Sep 2010, 08:49 PM EDT Rating: post rating 3 Rate this post: Msg. 958460 of 958463 (Reply to 958420 by sportsman93306) Jump to msg. # Sportsman93306....That is totally false and is being made up by those who want to make their own misery into everyone's else. The holdup is an issue with the bank and with a few government officials. Attorney Hodges will contact the Shareholders immediately when he receives the confirmation it is done. Thank you Sportsman, BHollenegg from link cmkxunofficial.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=mofo&thread=6623&page=19#79766_________________________ I personally doubt any of this statement about the trustee is an issue. First off a TRANSFER AGENT takes a HUGE liability off a company that it has as a client. Period. Second, some company like Transfer Online would not be processing any certs wrongly because once again they would then be liable to cover what they messed up on, is how I take it. And there was a CD Rom sent from Bill and Kevin, the cert pull group, to the FBI and or DOJ after the cert pull was done. Point being, I am of the full belief that Transfer Online knows the behind the curtain stuff that we do not. Where does that thought come from? Well why would a transfer agency like Transfer Online take on a company like CMKM, that has been in revocation for over 4 years. Why would they do that? Hmmm? So if the large numbers are true which I personally believe with all who have been involved and or attached to this journey, I can believe that something here is beyond the normal comprehension. So if any of these large numbers per share are the case, do you think that Online Transfer would not be completely perfect in their operations with making sure each cert processed is of no issue? So then if Deli has had shares processed over to others and Online Transfer has transfered them then I personally do not see how any issue there would be to what sportman's post suggests. As far as a trustee, their deal is to just release the money and the beneficiaries are the ones that hold the property of an official CMKM certificate. Plain and simple. So if processed by Transfer Online, then there should be NO ISSUE what so ever in my full belief on what a transfer agent does and their personal liabilities. All in my belief!!

Like magic shows? I do. Very entertaining and ofcourse surprising The rabbit out of the hat trick is my favorite. You know that big white fluffy rabbit being pulled from a black, much smaller that the rabbit, top hat? Yea, really good stuff! How do they get the bigger rabbit in that smaller hat? Hmmmm LOLOL
Ok, the time is right for atleast a few rabbit out of the hat tricks Time for the magic man to step up to center stage and freak out a few white fluffy rabbits. Time to dazzel us, the audience. We have paid for an over priced ticket and this friggin show delay has gone on WAY to long.
I'm here to tell you, if you care, that the magic man has run out of time, the curtain must go up, been down way to long, the crowd has lost its patiences, the mangement has to let the show go on or the manager may lose his head, the crowd will walk out, the show will have to shut down, and then all is lost. No more white fluffy rabbits
I tell you for sure, the management WANTS the show to go on and the management has a whole bought and paid for gaggle of rabbits. And management knows there is no more time to waste
I've seen a few of these rabbits and man are they really fine. The one who will clear the brime of that black top hat first goes by the name of NO MORE PAYROLL TAXES. He has a close cousin going by the name of BYE BYE IRS
Nice handle, don't you think? GOLDENGRIFF

it's always the same ones who want to doubt! That is not my problem. If I don't put IMHO, I get jumped on as well. Which is it, your wanting someone to say FACT and they CAN'T. Will all of you be man enough to admit you were wrong about what is about to happen, I doubt it. But have your fun dragging me through your mud! Tme will tell won't it? What proof have anyone of you three brought to the table to grant you the authority to put my thoughts down? Do you really think anyone has proof other than Mr. Maheu? And Varney, NO ONE is going to tell where they get their info. Nice Try, I'm not worried one bit about the outcome. I'm not naive, you just haven't done your DD. Don, IMHO! Don.. first of all.. many of us here believe there is a chance that something good will happen with our investment.. (you do not have a corner on the market when it comes to this opinion).. the issue some people have is with your "style" of posting.. you come across (at least to some) as pretending to have some secret knowledge.. beyond what is in the public domain.. you keep referring to you doing your DD.. well many of us here have done the same DD and that is why we are at various levels of optimism that something positive is behind the curtain.. imo all publicly accessible dd is known by the majority of veteran shareholders.. and that includes you, me and most of the posters on this board.. just because some (probably many) don't agree with your assesment that CMKX is connected to all the fringe theories you throw out there.. does NOT mean we do not share in the belief that we will get something from this investment.. you seem to take great offense whenever anyone questions your "beliefs" or "opinions".. I just don't get it.. p.s. please stop PMing me.. telling me I wish I knew what you knew (after all this time and everything we have been through as shareholders.. that just kind of seems weird..lol) dd

The Obama Administration is considering a payroll tax holiday. The second one though is a tough one to swallow unless it gets absorbed into a different department like the treasury.

The IRS is nothing more than a collection arm of the Federal Reserve Bandits. If indeed, the FED has been absorbed into the treasury, which some believe it has, the IRS going away is a distinct possibility.
Regarding Payroll taxes. Payroll Taxes are unconstitutional. A literal read of the constitution indicates that profits can be taxed. Wages for Labor are compensation, not profits. If indeed we do get returned to a Constitutional Government, which is something that has repeatedly been rumored on these forums, Payroll taxes would go away by definition.
We shall see what we shall see...

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is the revenue service of the United States federal government. The agency is a bureau of the Department of the Treasury, and is under the immediate direction of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue. The IRS is responsible for collecting taxes and the interpretation and enforcement of the IRC (Internal Revenue Code).
