Briwadd, I had resolved not to reply to you any more, because you are very accomplished at twisting people's words to your own agenda, whatever that may be. That being said, your comment about not trusting the people AH is dealing with, pretty much makes my point. AH has his reasons for holding his information close. He has already stated in so many words, that he is lied to repeatedly and information needs to be held close. How does prying information from AH by means of the Fryar Action in any way do anything but reveal potentially damaging information to the enemy. It may be salve to the open wounds of the long suffering shareholders to find out some small bit of confirmation information. But that small bit of information in the hands of the enemy and believe me when I say the enemy is involved in the Fryar action as certainly as the fact that the sun came up this morning, may be an advantage that will help win a small or large battle that ultimately denies us our ROI. I know how difficult it is. Particularly for a person of intelligence, action and consequence to sit here seemingly helplessly and watch the byzantine nature of this bizarre battle we are in. I have been here 11 years and people who know me, know how little patience I have for any of this. But, I will say again. The Fryar action will extract nothing from this than whatever bits are strategically advantageous to AH and whatever team he is part of. And what they do extract, may in fact turn out to be misinformation. I stand by my prediction of January 2006. We will get paid when the fed goes down. Laugh, jeer or ridicule all you want. We shall see what we shall see when we see it. "We shall see what we shall see when we see it" Well, what we are about to see is this case dismissed! Everyone has said all along that this case is for leverage. When the leverage is gone, then what? Where do we go from here in the event the case is dismissed? If I had to guess, I would say that another suit would be filed against a different entity besides the SEC, like the DTCC for example. And who is going to fund that expensive venture? How many different stall tactics and lies from the government do we have to endure before we blow this thing wide open? Can you imagine arming tens of thousands of shareholders with irrefutable proof that the government has our money!! WOW.. The tenacity of this group of people would get the job done quickly..IMO Briwadd

The fed was created by congress and has to be repealed by congress. If I believed for a second the fed had to go down to get paid, I'd have been out of here long ago..because it is not happening. Don't let the door hit you....

Does anyone think this is over because we settled...? Do you think Hodges is going to jump up and down and let us know from the get go...? Again, when I fell on my head when I was a kid it hurt enough to make this kind of comment.....

First of all, the government does not have our money. The money is in a private trust. (based on AH's comments in writing and in court)
Fifty thousand angry shareholders are not going to be able to break a trust any better than the government that is delaying our payment.
Also, we do not know the conditions of the trust and I doubt those will ever become public knowledge, even if existence of the trust is irrefutably confirmed.
At best, a great deal of unnecessary distraction, cost and effort will be spent defending the trust against your aforementioned angry shareholders.
Meanwhile, those precious resources will not be directed at the target in righting this monumental wrong. A target which in fact consists of the most powerful, wealthy and organized people in the world.
How exactly is confirming the trust going to help, again???

LOL....if the government doesn't have our freaking money, then why are we suing them. You sound like the attornies for the DOJ! How is confirming the trust going to help??? Many of us are not sure a trust exist. Are you sure a trust exist? I can honestly say I have not seen anything that confirms a trust exist. I am not saying it doesn't, I simply haven't seen anything that suggest that there is one. For me, confirming a trust goes a long way in getting this resolved and having proof of that trust provides us with options...that we don't currently have. Briwadd

Don't construe my criticism for what has transpired as a lack of appreciation for what Hodges has done and is doing. I support his efforts and realize that my opinions are based on limited knowledge.
I think GW Bush will go down in history as one of America's greatest Presidents, yet I criticised many of his decisions throughout his presidency. When your the man everyone is focused on to get the job done, criticism comes with the territory.

I think GW Bush will go down in history as one of America's greatest Presidents, LMFAO AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.......HA! Was it his.... 1. Tremendous speaking ability 2. His starting a a needless war in Iraq 3. His creation of the biggest waste money in American History....DHS 4. His god awful economic policies 5. His clearly polarizing partisanship 0r 6. His draft dodging bs he pulled during Vietnam ....that makes him one of the best Presidents? Don't say it's because I'm a Democrat.....Obama has been bad too.
