Hodges will never make it to the supreme court. Hodges was given the chance to make his case. Read the decision issued in the lower courts seeking and John. Hodges can't have that overturned. Its like making the sky plad, its just not going to happen.

Tremendous speaking ability 2. His starting a a needless war in Iraq 3. His creation of the biggest waste money in American History....DHS 4. His god awful economic policies 5. His clearly polarizing partisanship 0r 6. His draft dodging bs he pulled during Vietnam ....that makes him one of the best Presidents? Don't say it's because I'm a Democrat.....Obama has been bad too.

Don't say it's because I'm a Democrat.....Obama has been bad too. Like I said, there is plenty of criticism to go around, not only the spending, but his immigration policies as well. But he had tough decisions to make through several unanticipated crisis' and I think he handled himself pretty well. History will be kind to GWB. I don't even believe in Republican vs Democrat anymore. Your either conservative, moderate, or liberal.... And I equate liberal as being un-American altogether. Briwadd

Perhaps not understanding this new term is why I do not find what you wrote as legally persuasive? Thank you.

Hodges will NEVER be given the opportunity to present any new information or evidence to the 9th circuit appeals court. He will ONLY be given the opportunity to present why the Judges decision in the lower court was wrong.
Again, for the insane... ...Hodges is suing Individuals, outside their official capacity, for damages, for not releasing monies to the shareholders.
Hodges' stated specifically that the monies are held with the DTCC.
Judge says the court has no authority to order these individuals to release these funds from a private company they are unassociated with.
Case dismissed!

We are truly blessed to have someone with your scholarly, pedagogical and professorial intellect to instruct we pedestrian commoners. We are truly blessed to have you here!

Plad is not a word
PLAD is not available in the general English dictionary and thesaurus. Try: Acronyms
Ishmel, the word you are looking for is Plaid.
plaid (pld) n. 1. A rectangular woolen scarf of a tartan pattern worn over the left shoulder by Scottish Highlanders. 2. a. Cloth with a tartan or checked pattern. b. A pattern of this kind.
And just for the record, your comparison to the sky being "plad" in no way enhances or improves your argument. Even if it were spelled correctly.

Hopefully, you will show that you do possess enough self-control to make the necessary modification in the future.

richerob DIAMOND MINER Easy ruling in Al's favour unless judge is bought! « Thread Started Today at 11:37am »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This should be an easy denied ruling for the defendants motion for 2 reasons:
Judge is going to find it odd that the defendants agreed to a 30 day extension with the basis that a settlement was imminently going to Moot/drop the appeal.
Judge is going find it odd that the defendants filed this motion at the last minute 3 days before brief due and they forgot to add the exhibits or evidence. Sloppy!!
