Jump to msg. # at this point i don't care if urban gives a healthy shiiit about shareholders. if TYLER can get our assets back from entourage while salvaging some cash from edwards, urban and the others then what do i care? i want us to have something in hand (assets and cash), a fixed share structure and all the things needed to return to trading. it's as simple as that. let's fix this stuff and get back into the market. and if there is a naked short then all the better. let's bleed those bastardds dry when the time comes. they deserve it. and more from rosen..... once we trade again the shorts will be required to cover. it's a no-brainer. the rules apply now, in the future and will be retroactive since the short will appear. it cant be hidden. shorty has to cover. shorty will have to cover once we resume trading. sweet. We have been partners with the sec for years, but the corruption runs so deep fraud has happened even in the changes. I hope we don't go to court, ie overstock, as we won't get paid until they are done. Bud Burrell said o'quinn would win in spring, that is my timeframe for getting paid. I think that we will hear nothing but continuous bullchit from our own team until then. I hope I am wrong because months more of mark faulk and friends on here pedro and braindummy and others is sad |

Why is it so important to the 66 board to prove to us that UC is a "crook"? They say he is hiding up in Canada and Tyler was having difficulty serving him yet the SEC had no problem. Tyler has lots of paper they say shows UC as guilty. Tyler admits that they are having problems getting all the paper and without it all they don't have the big picture. They are just going out of their way to convince all of us that UC scammed us.
I think that there is a powerplay going on here and Tyler is trying to get control of whatever is out there. I really hope that CMKX was used in a sting and they get caught with their hands in the cookie jar. I trust Tyler alot less than I would trust UC.
