All facilitated by bob maheu, bill frizzell, don stoecklein, and others. Please have anyone from chril, pedro, bill frizzell answer how that happened when they all knew this was a fraud. How did bill let this happen when he knew about the silver state bank records before one silver platter update that pumped this stock to death. I don't agree with what has gone on in Texas. Maybe they feel it was right to keep shareholders in the dark. My legal council says if we can prove we have majority share it is their responsbility to communicate their intentions as to board decisions concerning the financial and structure of the company.
Not only did we pay to have the issue of nss resolved or at least be known but we also called for certs to enable this procedure. the company is in a catch 22. They have to keep it quiet for their legal battles, I understand that.
But many of us want this information known. I would rather pursue my own legal battles than trust a team that has absolutely no communication skills and totally indifferent to the plight of the shareholders.
Something good may come of this someday. My feelings are if we knew the facts when they found them, 50 thousand shareholders would be very anxious to go after purps in force and major pressure could be enforced through the media.
Taking this backdoors legalistic approach is an avenue I'm sure all lawyers would feel is the proper approach but it takes years and comes with many defeats and very expensive.
If indeed we have a broken system and the public knew about it the problem would be investigated and fixed long ago with 50k shareholders down their backs and media all over this. The reason the media has not hit this is because there are no facts to back up the nss allegations. It's all hype so far.
Proceedings may be moving along quickly but as I see it We are still several years out. The shareholders base will then ( especially considering the current change of leadership at Tyler)will then be only a few hundred and many shareholders will have ditched certs or closed accounts. Many have left now.
I am considering tossing all my paperwork and certs myself. I have such a distaste for the junk coming from the company. Anything the company manages to gain back from losses will be a small fraction of what we invested.
I've taken the same amount I invested in Cmkx and turned it into four times the value in one year in real estate development. Holding out for this is fruitless.
Obviously the company cannot see what could be accomplished with the power of so many shareholders. They have managed to destroy the base and the very power they had at their fingertips- just did not understand how to use it through all their vast wisdom in the law.
I've invested more than most into this, hence my strong feelings about being decieved.
I've tried to help rally people together but it's too slow too late.
A few connections might pan out to be fruuitfull wich I will pursue. Then: I'm done. Too much Faulk looking for fame and glory at our expense.

They sure do. Thier concern has been documented throughout the FAQ's they used to post:
"the Company has no response to questions that, if answered fully, might disclose trial strategies, tactics or other matters to the opposing parties."
Anyone who can repeatedly use this byline has zero concern for it's shareholders' views, opinions, concerns or rights.

We were ALREADY WRAPPED UP is why these NEW RULES do not apply to US CERT HOLDERS IMO...BUT they could apply to UNSHAREHOLDERS if they TRADE AGAIN like the LONE RANGERS...our CERTS represent BONA FIDE SHARES that were already PAID FOR IMO...UNSHAREHOLDERS with electronic shares could TRADE AGAIN and then SHORTY would have exactly 3 days to cover 100% of the NS...could be nice if they could pull it off...or it could be a good LEVERAGE instrument to force a BUYOUT...either way it doesn't affect BONA FIDES IMO...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

I think they are free too Single...I went to a room with Baloney and communicated by text...they were the most low life...disrespectful...abusive bunch of outcasts I have ever run into...they cussed me up one side and down the other...I could barely get a message in...but I did manage to get them SPITIN MAD...and coaxed out a few unheard of expletives reserved only for their ILK...good place to go if you enjoy abuse...I didn't stay long...HA HA...might be a few on the BOD...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)
