CMKX is running a campain, we cannot sell/buy the stock and basically locked in to whatever outcome transpires ENTOURAGE is running a campain, we cannot sell the stock, we cannot vote and basically we are locked in to whatever outcome transpires. its fortunate as we do not have the skills to run any of this - I KNOW I WOULD SCREW IT UP It would seem to me that out destinies are set and we have no control of any type. Scary and Thrilling at the same time. Coincedence or Not - Plam or Not time will tell this story. best, mike swordfish168@

We all know there are covert operations all the time dealing with many things in the name of National Security. Most will only be known by a few. I agree with your one statement, because I'm not a mining expert or a stock picking expert. I'd screw it up too, no doubt. I just fell into this play and here I am. The time rumors of Acca and others screwed with my head a bit. A man closely related to this 'operation' said recently, "I can't say sting". Then he said everything has to be done 'in order'. lilburrito0...your message, "bhollenegg _ Your desperation in events not hapeening as you planned is starting to create entertainment."
Your concern for not knowing the information that may help your boss stop the planned events from not "hapeening" is obvious. It is bad enough that you gloat over negative information concerning shareholders' investment in CMKX, but to make up negative information for entertainment at the expense of shareholders is nothing but pathetic desperation...but then we come to expect that from you.

The point is that there had to be some stipulation in the agreement that the percentage had to be maintained otherwise they would have deluted the stock so that ownership would have fallen into Entouages control. In other words no matter what happens we still own the company. I read the Contract a few times and I never remember reading any "Dilution Clause" in the ETGMF Contracts! So please, why don't you show me where the Dilution Clause exits! idea.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1239672/000106299305002844/exhibit99-1.htm

sandi66 Global Moderator Executive~Editor & Mining D.D. Specialist Mark Faulk and Bill know about this.. by jfarn « Thread Started Yesterday at 12:08pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- by jfarn: Mark Faulk and Bill know about this.. « Reply #22 on Dec 10, 2008, 10:37am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From "The Naked Truth": Pages 357 and 358 -- After years of effort by stock market reform advocates and disenfranchised investors, recent events have given hope that rampant problems in our financial system might come under closer scrutiny. On March 26th, Dave Patch, founder of www.investigatethesec.com and an early advocate for stock market reform, met with David Kotz, the inspector general of the SEC, and an unnamed official from the General Accounting Office. Among the information on numerous companies that Patch provided to Inspector General Kotz was information excerpted from this as-yet-unreleased book and accompanying interviews about negligence committed by individuals within the SEC in dealing with the CMKM Diamonds case. Although Patch acknowledged that company insiders and their cohorts defrauded shareholders, the inspector general is looking at charges that individuals within the SEC violated regulations and failed to properly protect CMKX shareholders. This author is supplying evidence to the Inspector General Kotz showing that the SEC know about the existence of fraud in CMKX at least as early as May of 2004, and yet allowed the company to dump hundreds of billions of shares of stock before finally delisting CMKX in October of 2005. While the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission first halted trading in the company on October 26, 2004, CMKX continued to trade in the U.S. for another full year. Possible actions include an audit into the SEC's overall regulatory practices, or investigations into specific allegations of wrongdoing in various companies, including CMKX. While Kotz specifically cited naked short selling in his comments after the meeting, his office will most likely address the broader issue of systemic SEC regulatory failures. millionaires.proboards86.com/inde....ad=23709&page=2Re: Team effort--assistance requested « Reply #31 Yesterday at 10:51am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Very productive 30 minute conversation. He had to take a Madoff related call and is calling back later. I provided him a myriad of info. including Bill Frizzell's and Mark Faulk's contact info. I told Mr. Kotz I would not divulge the contents of our conversation prior. I will tell you that he is taking our matter very, very, seriously and started off by saying something along the lines of ....could you believe the SEC was late to uncover a case of "grandiose" fraud. I joked with him that I was concerned he was going to reschedule my call due to what he is dealing with currently. E. Swanson and Madoff simply highlight what has gone on with us. millionaires.proboards86.com/inde....ad=23709&page=2 « Last Edit: Yesterday at 5:06pm by sandi66 » camrhon.proboards102.com/index.cgi?board=safe&action=display&thread=5040

portrush Administrator Re: SEC vs CMKM, new today 12/17/08 « Reply #1 on Dec 17, 2008, 6:58pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WOW! Well that should wrap it up for Edwards. He is ordered to pay back the $26.4 million he made, and $2 million (plus) in interest and a civil penalty fee to be determined, but will be the maximum of 569 times the "typical" penalty ($120,000) OR 569 times the amount he illegally made, $26.4 million. What's also interesting is that this clearly defines Urban as an active member of the company at that time, making about $1 million more on Edwards' sales than Edwards did. No mention of course of any judgement against Urban, this one was all on Edwards. But the others mentioned sure better have a deal in their pocket, imo. Looks like it might suck to be Helen Bagley or her son. pr cmkxgroup.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=20847
