The police asked me to contact the company and find out if any of the shareholders reported having their life threatened… Attorney Frizzell said he was not aware of any shareholders being threatened. This is when he told us about the FBI’s involvement because Urban received death threats and hackers broke into their computers. I faxed Attorney Frizzell a copy of the picture. Attorney Frizzell became angry when I told him the police would not press charges until they were on UK soil. Attorney Frizzell said they would be sitting in a Texas Jail if I were in Texas. Why did CEO Faulk write this, “A multi-year ongoing investigation by the FBI, DOJ, and IRS has yet to produce criminal charges against anyone involved in the scheme.” www.faulkingtruth.com/cgi-bin/Printable.cgi?Investing101&1082 If as Attorney Frizzell stated, “I think we did contact the FBI but that was eons ago.” In addition, if Attorney Frizzell requires confirmation from the FBI to jog his memory that the FBI is still involved, he can contact FBI Agent Ryan Randall. “Brian Pugh of the DOJ wouldn’t comment on a joint investigation into CMKM Diamonds by the FBI, the DOJ, and the IRS. He said that any criminal investigation within those departments would have to originate from a grand jury. However, the Faulking Truth confirmed the ongoing investigation in an interview with FBI agent Ryan Randall in September of 2007.” www.thefaulkingtruth.com/Articles/Investing101/1081.html BHollenegg ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=788881 « Last Edit: Today at 9:20pm by sandi66 »

12/22/08: davidjmar update: Just heard that Entourage shares held on behalf of CMKX shareholders was sold by Tyler, Texas for $80K. Additionally, Kevin West is being paid $15K/mo… and that the funds are for the employees at Tyler, Texas.
Please do not upset Davidjmar... with questions... this is what he is comfortable sharing, without speculating what it may mean.

At yesterday's close of .012, 45 million shares should add up to:
$540,000 (five hundred and forty thousand which is approximately $850 for every billion shares of CMKX or 85 cents per million shares. So the average share holder with about 20 M shares can afford to go to the movies (alone) and buy a tub of popcorn and a soda.
oooooooooops I forgot we have to pay Tyler first, Never mind!!!

Lilburrito0...I just spoke to Attorney Bill Frizzell. Attorney Frizzell is quite busy working to get the company back to a viable operational company. Attorney Frizzell was very gracious in taking time from his busy schedule to discuss my concerns. Attorney Frizzell said he has received thousands of calls over the years and it is difficult to recall every detail. We discussed my call. Attorney Frizzell said he is not denying the conversation took place. Bill is extremely busy and cannot afford to get involved with sorting out every dispute...I agree. Bill's main focus is to sort the legal aspect and challenges that will be in the company and shareholders' best interests. I agree with Attorney Frizzell. It would be counter productive to be involved with situations like this Pedro. We wasted enough time with your nonsense. You give a part of the situation and expect a 100% correct answer. Pedro, you were wrong and wasted a lot of productive time. My apologies to Attorney Bill Frizzell for interrupting his work for this petty nonsense. It is time for all shareholders to work together and support those who are looking out for the company's and shareholders' best interests. There is a lot of work to do. Attorney Bill Frizzell...thank you.
Pedro, you need to do something productive...me too.

It is great to see IMO that so many are finally responding to the efforts of some like bhollenegg, (and others) with such positive responses. However, the pressure builds to distract (rumor), cease actions, scare, humiliate, and stall the efforts of good , and caring shareholders , while they prepare to get their side of "THE STORY TOLD" will no doubt continue until the day that we are FINALLY paid. This is truly a blockbuster story if presented in a way that we have experienced, and researched regarding its historical presence of public crimes of such enormous nature, and financial devastation. Publishing "STORY" would not only expose various illegal elements of public financial market fraud, the culpable individuals and their Federal Agencies, but would hold some individuals clearly in the criminal light from onset, where the issues of financial liability attached to tens of thousands of shareholders (initially), then market wide implications assuming hundreds of thousands to millions of participants, too world wide derivative exposure.
Many thousands of these "damaged investors" have long been waiting, but never physically satisfied. The mess is being shoveled under an electronic rug of sorts, while the paper trail is eliminated, new accounting measures implemented, SEC renovated/upgraded, some fired, some retired , and the Treasury makes some changes, upgrades, and appointments.
BTW-If telling the truth is all that one needs to do, then- it really is not a difficult task at hand. The fact finding is all out there. Years of it . Waiting, unraveling before us, and proof is a hard thing to deny in any public venue where transparency is the basis for presenting information, and understanding that information defines the choices needed to be made..

At the time when he responded to the message you posted, he did not recall the conversation...he is quite busy. If Attorney Frizzell has the time, he may respond. He said Urban received many death threats. He said it is in Faulk's book. If you use your common sense Pedro, how did I know about the hackers and the FBI that Bill mentioned in his first response? That a pretty good guess if I never spoke to Bill about the FBI and death threats. And do not say it is in the book, because I first posted about the FBI, Death threats, and hackers long before the book came out. Just answering your petty lies adds up to be a major waste of time. This just goes to show how the sheep will latch onto a tidbit from the past and years later, even after the tidbit has evolved or been resolved, they cling to it still because it supports their delusional dreams of wealth.
