bhollenegg, what is it exactly that bill is doing? i know they have suits going, but beyond that, what? is bill being paid? is kevin being paid? is the new ceo being paid? what about the board members? are they being compensated in any fashion? if so, why? and who is paying the lot of them? who has been footing the bill these past few years? how can bill afford to not practice law? who is paying his secretary? the rent? the utilities? how is he making the payments on the new house he bought several years ago?
and i'm still puzzled why they bothered suing urban in the first place if they knew the man didn't have much money and now are using that as the explanation for why they are not pursuing urban further in court. now there is some twisted logic - let's sue the bastarrrd because he was the mastermind behind the stock fraud, but once we win the case we won't pursue it any further because the mastermind doesn't have much money. yeah, now that makes a lot of sense.
what is kevin doing? does he draw a salary? how does he afford to live? or maybe kevin got job at the local McDonalds following the decision to make the other guy the new ceo?
the new CEO supposedly refused to take a salary. that means someone offered him a salary. who? how? where is that money coming from?
the tyler boys certainly appreciate how fishy this makes things. the whole thing doesn't pass the smell test.
and why not give us a sense of where we are headed? oh, i forgot, we don't want to give away any secrets to the bad guys. LOL

bobby, i wouldn't mind getting any solid info about where the hell we are headed. no financials. no nothing. and they keep saying, oh, we're working hard. well, after this many years of working hard you would think they could have at least successfully pushed to get a summary judgement on URBAN.
and yet, they can't even do that after well over a year of claiming the guy was the mastermind behind the FRAUD.
why are they girl thingyfootin' around about going after URBAN?
if your aiming to take out the other guy on the battlefield you don't direct your aim 10 ft left of target.

you bet! i have never claimed otherwise. i have taken what is out there and tried to make sense of it.
some of the best evidence we have are the claim maps - and the obvious changes in those maps over the years.
even a cursory examination of those maps indicates that some sort of deal was made involving SHORE, shane, united and star,,, and by implication, cmkx. there is little else i can point to other than to say, if urban was so short-sighted enough to walk away from what he and his partners once held in the FALC then he is truly one of the dumbest, dimwitted fellows on the face of the earth.

Hello Monetaryshift...it is unfortunate, the shareholders who have supported the company by purchasing stock, by participating in the Cert Pull, by donating money to pay for Attorney Frizzell in Stage 1 and Stage 2 fact finding mission, by writing letters to every entity that should be involved in rectifying the injustice, are ignored, received contradictions from the company, called names, feed negative information , told it is none of your business, are called “idiots” by the CEO during radio broadcasts, are told there is no compensation for the biggest naked shorting in the history of the stock market, and then called liars when the shareholders post information from their visits and phones calls with the company, while individual who bash the shareholders have no problems in receiving immediate responses to discredit shareholders who have fought hard trying to convince all involved that the Shareholders’ compensation package should be a top priority. They think it is a game, even making bets. This is not a game. This is 50,000+ Shareholders, from all parts of the World, from all occupations, together in this journey, united for a just outcome with the determination and their hearts set on improving lives of many people. It is our rights, our company, and our time to receive our compensation long overdue.

Lilburrito0...Attorney Frizzell said he would retract what he said, but no matter what you say someone is going to not agree. At the time when he responded to the message you posted, he did not recall the conversation...he is quite busy. If Attorney Frizzell has the time, he may respond. He said Urban received many death threats. He said it is in Faulk's book. If you use your common sense Pedro, how did I know about the hackers and the FBI that Bill mentioned in his first response? That a pretty good guess if I never spoke to Bill about the FBI and death threats. And do not say it is in the book, because I first posted about the FBI, Death threats, and hackers long before the book came out.
Just answering your petty lies adds up to be a major waste of time.
Do something productive for a change. I always felt you needed to get a life, but answering your childish antics made me realize I need to get back to a productive life, that is with the Legal Shareholders of CMKX.

just take these few reluctant phrases from BF's response:
