deals have been made, remember overstock couldn't
even get a few shares certed when byrne bought some, there is no shares, they have been on the list for hundreds of days. So going into their court case a settlement has obviously been made and they will be off the list soon for good and mark is open to settlements, hmmmmm. CMKX was settled years ago, but it is time to announce what they paid for the certs
since there is no stock to buy in overstock they will have to find shares to let the counterfeiters buy, just like cmkx raised the shares to accommodate the counterfeiters

bring in the real BOD and CEO. buy back into the claims and release some real news. the money will be coming in to do all this.

stockfred, we'll get those tangible assets back. the money coming from edwards, urban and others will allow us to buy our way back into all those deals we had with entourage and the rest.
then, if we reduce the OS and manage to have any naked short, we should be cooking with gas once we get back to trading.
