Well I would hope that the Tyler boys didn't have control of the money. We would never see it. All of the official court docs I've read came from the SEC and not Kevin FAQ's. I'm waiting for the final twist to this mess. I would bet that neither one of them has a clearance high enough to see what the SEC is working on. Sorry Kevin and Mark. That information is G-14 classified.

And this is a perfect example of just how "compartmentalization" is supposed to work. You are only familiar with what you are supposed to be familiar with. If you can only see what's in your own sandbox, you cannot speak to what's in other's sandboxes. Loose lips sink ships.

well, the man said there is no moola. he believes in being transparent, and he wont divulge any info that might compromise the company in their ongoing litigations. if there is any money that has been collected for the injured shareholders by the sec or whoever, the company will not have anything to do with that . rest assured that whatever money they get their hands on will be directed to reestablishing the "company". we as shareholders would have the opportunity to redeem our shares for whatever they might be worth at the time or keep them . from what the company has let us know, that appears to be the plan.
and it wont change. at least they're consistent. what other choice do we have? if this is "scripted" as others have said, then they are just doing what they are supposed to be doing,right? if not, then we should be counting our lucky stars that we are still here. mark faulk is there for a reason. no, he is not a mining expert. but we're not a mining company anymore. he's a man of words, as someone previously stated, and just maybe he's what is needed at this time. cmkx should have died a long time ago, but , "voila", we"re still here. lets give the man the benefit of the doubt. like i said "we're still here". that counts for something. whether they reverse split us to nothing in the future, that's never been stated by the company. if it happens , the it will . but until then we have very real issues that need to be addressed and right now it looks like they're the only ones addressing them.some credible people have stated in the not too distant past that, yes, ther is a settlement comming and that it's not from the company. i hope, with all my heart, that what they are saying is true. magilla

Magilla...while I appreciate your attitude I would ask you to look at whom they have surrounded themselves with. They were " searching " for a CEO ?!. Look at the reality of this. They have put all their cronies into these positions. For what ? Simple...they want to reward all that have stood with them while we shareholders collect their crumbs. They put all these people in these position under the guise of running a Company for, IMO, the sole purpose of paying Back-Salaries to all onboard if and when they collect any damages. They will be paid first. How many do they really need at this point when we aren't even close to becoming any semblence of a Company. At this point all they are doing is filing Lawsuits that will " benefit " the shareholders. We will see NADA once they all get what they have negotiated for themselves.

DIAMOND JEDI WARLORD breaking72 is 100% correct. They are rewarding all the buddies that were in their group from the begining. All of them are now on cmkx paycheck. That is all there is to it. They have positioned their asses to get the maximum payout in their pockets in any way .. possible. Did you ever hear them say they will distribute any money to us? Never. why? Because this will be their vehicle to expand their already exisiting businesses Togi and OG which is owners group. They all held positions there and its where they all got together to make money. Now they are just using .. cmkx and its shareholders base.. to expand on their own private endeavors. This shareholder base is still held hostage. As tyler / togi / og team.. proclaims how horrible the old team was, and how transparent they are to us.. we still dont have the information or facts on our cert pull. Its been going on for so long and its been done for so long but we dont have the information at all .. what is the results of our cert pull or our nss situation. If we dont get paid on our nss, and if the moneys were not already collected.. and all these people are witholding information to us continiously.. then i wish for every officer, lawyer, trustee, consultant, involved but without official position personell, of this stock.. ever to hold position in the old team and the new team to rot in hell on earth and later on as well. |

WHO are the DEEP POCKETS that seem to think cmkm is worth DONATING (at a grand interest rate no doubt) to the boyz lifestyle...
Now that they have the entire head honchos on board... (the Advisory Committee would be hilarious to see... ) they can slough off the name cmkm ... I dont think thats all they are doing...

Good thing Think Tanks are going strong within the shareholder base and not all out on the boards where they can gawk at the pulse of this fiascal.

That list was only for a 12 month period. I personally was still buying (and certing) all the way up to revocation, as I'm sure many others were. This list is ONLY a partial list of certs issued...of this I am SURE, since I wound up with a dozen certs and only one was on the list. The list only accounts for certs through the end of 2004.
I have no doubt that if Dr. D said he had a billion shares, he had them.
I do not consider Dr. D a pumper, but a realist. His number-crunching, deriving the intrinsic value of our claims was excellent work, and modified on the CONSERVATIVE side, showing a value of our claims into the trillions of dollars...perfectly logical based on the available data.
I won't speak about Melvin or Carquest, but as for Jay, I saw strong logic in his posts as well, and did not consider him a pumper, but a person of realistic optimism.
Disagree if you like, but the logic and the conclusions were sound.

The endless gurus, the past leadership of CMKX, the current one, and all the regulatory bodies that are sworn to protect us shareholders, the list is endless. However, there is not on party that has been truly honest with the shareholders of CMKX. That includes the current leadership of CMKX.
As I wrote several years ago, lying to me for my own good, is still lying, and no good can come from it.
Some would say that the current CMKX has given us more information then anyone, and I would have to protest that they have only placated us, and have not been forthright regarding the truth. After all, they promised the truth regarding the naked short of CMKX, and even got us to pay out of our own pockets for the cert pull, but has abandoned their promise for justice for the shareholders and the crime of naked shorting.
I don't care what anyone says, if you can't speak honestly and without secrecy, you are a deceiver in my books.
I know one group that would be honest, one group that would not withhold the truth from the shareholders of CMKX. One group that would not be silenced by authorities, told to be silent for the greater good. This group would not have an agenda other then the good of the shareholders of CMKX. What group is this you say?
We the shareholders of CMKX!!!
It is time that we develop our own special interest group, and stop being put off year after year, and unite and get some answers.
As you have read from me before. We should rally at least 51% of the shareholders, and demand answers from the leadership of CMKX, and all governing bodies that swore to protect us.
The very fact that shareholders are treated as if we don't even have the right to expect answers infuriates me to no end.
We know how much it costs to hire a Lawyer, and build a web site, register at least 51% of the CMKX cert holders and start banging on some doors. And if those doors do not open up to us, it would be a simple thing to get a judge to acknowledge the legal rights of 51% majority base.
Sorry, it has been too many years, this thing should have been dealt with a long time ago. After all, the government can write a check for 95 billion in one weekend to bail out AIG, it is long over due for the shareholders of CMKX.

First of all...I have 2 teenage daughters (heaven help me)...but I have them give me a monthly financial statement of their expenditures...IE: money in/money out....I am teaching financial responsibility...(better me than their future husbands). I would find it VERY interesting to find out just HOW MUCH has been "invested" INTO CMKX by the shareholders... We look at: How much TOTAL was INVESTED by shareholders How much TOTAL money was received into the CMKX coffers How much was received into the DTCC for transactions How much was received by brokers for transactions. Then we subtract: How much was put into R&D (research and development) How much went to Urban (he deserves a paycheck) How much was put into CMKXTREME (advertising) How much went to Urbans friends, family and Colleagues( ?) How much went to OTHER "expenses" (what ever they may be) THEN we find out: How much went to "High priced lawyers" (for WHAT?) How much went to geologist How much went to CPA'S How much went to even MORE Lawyers How much went to J.E. (and others) How much went to even MORE Lawyers After that we find out: How much went to Kevin How much is going to "None of your d*mned business" Frizzell How much went to even MORE Lawyers How much is going to the NEW BOD (and WHY!) How much is going to "Faulkhead" (and WHY!) Where is ALL of this money COMING FROM? I REALLY think that these figures would be quite interesting to ALL OF US...don't you agree? It's not just our right to know, but it's the law that corporations file quarterly and/or annual tax returns, that are supposed to be public domain.
The tyler boys are about four feet across that line of legality I believe. No financials for the time since kw took over...no by-laws published for all to see...no annual meeting of shareholders...no voice in the direction this company of OURS is taking...NOTHING!
They best pray we DON'T get anything from the SEC, or they will most likely find out how quickly several thousands of us (probably not all 40,000+) find lawyers who will likely join forces to sue their butts into the dark ages.
Based on the second paragraph, I honestly believe the tyler boys are running an illegal corporate operation. The texas SOS might not care, and the texas bar assn might not care, but I'm sure some up n coming hot shot legal team might care, if several thousand P.O.d shareholders come with newly gained cash and say "hang em"!
